Il y a plusieurs solutions.

La meilleur à mon sens: prendre un navigateur capable de bloquer les fenêtre popup, comme l'excellent Mozilla Firebird.

Seconde solution: utiliser un programme qui va filtrer les popup.
Proxomitron est excellent à ce genre de choses.

J'aime beaucoup ces 2 logiciels.

Pense aussi à désactiver le système de messagerie réseau de Windows.

Je crois bien qu'il existe des programmes qui empêchent ce dont tu parles. Je pense qu'il y en a bcp qui sont proposés en téléchargement sur le net. Le problème, c que je ne sais pas lesquels...
