Bonjour,
J'ai mon ordi qui rame un peu en ce moment et nottament qui met plus de temps que la normale à démarrer.
AVAST est installé et ne m'a pas détecté d'infection.
J'avais déja eu un virus et on m'avais demandé de faire un scan en ligne avec "Kaspersky".
J'en ai donc fais un et il m'à trouvé un virus et 50 fichiers infectés.
Je n'arrive pas à acceder aux résultats du scan (je ne peut pas les sauvegarder) donc ça ne vous sera pas très utile.
Que puis je faire pour que vous m'aidiez à régler ce problème de virus?
Un scan avec hijackthis peut etre?

Je pense que tu n'as pas dû voir que l'on pouvait sauvegarder le rapport de scan avec Kaspersky. A la fin, on te demande si tu veux un rapport et il s'affiche sur le bureau. (J'en ai fait un il y a quelques jours). Tu pourrais recommencer. Je sais, c'est long... Un rapport hijackthis serait aussi le bienvenu. Quels sont tes problèmes ??? A te lire |
Je retente le coup avec kaspersky meme si c'est long. Lors de mes 2 derniers scan je n'ai pas eu de rapport, mais celà viens peut être du fait que les scan ce sont finis pendant la nuit et qu'au bout d'un certain temps la fenetre pour le rapport disparait.
Concernant les problemes, j'ai mon MSN qui uen fois connecté, se conecte et se deconecte intempestivement pendant au moins 1h avant de se stabiliser. Certes les BUG MSN sont nombreux, mais celui là ppurrait venir d'un virus. J'ai également remarqué que mon ordi mettait plus de temps qu'auparavent à démarer, comme s'il chargeait quelque chause. j'ai stoppé l'analyse car j'avais le virus et environ 20 fichiers infectés.
Je sais qu'en continuant ça m'aurait juste permis de savoir que j'en avais 50 infectés. Sur le rapport les fichiers infectés sont infectés par: Exploit.Win32.MS04-028.gen Je ferme les fenetres et je vais faire ce que tu m'a dit. |

Pour le pare feu, j'ai un routeur et le pare feu windows... je pense que ça suffit.

Voilà j'ai donc fait mon nettoyage avec msnfix et j'ai fixé les éléments sur hijackthis.
J'ai redémarré mon pc mais mon MSN beuge toujours (il se connecte et se déconnecte sans cesse et celà ne viens pas de mon wifi) Ensuite on à du supprimer certains fichiers utiles, car j'ai sur mon PC des touches pour gérer le volume sonore et celles ci ne fonctionnent plus... Merci de m'aider dès que possible |

Pour les lignes qui ont été fixées, si tu as un doute, nous allons en restaurer certaines (tu peux même toutes les restaurer) : Clic sur hijackthis--->le lancer---->clic sur le troisième onglet "View the list of Backups" ("Voir les sauvegardes") --->tu coches les lignes que nous avions fixées --->à droite, clic sur "Restore" ("Réparer"). A mon avis, seules celles-ci pourraient peut-être expliquer ton problème de son car je n'ai jamais vu cela : O2 - BHO: (no name) - {83A2F9B1-01A2-4AA5-87D1-45B6B8505E96} - (no file) O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NvMediaCenter] RUNDLL32.EXE C:\Windows\system32\NvMcTray.dll,NvTaskbarIn Si tu as des doutes encore, restaure-les toutes. Sinon pour mon probleme MSN je n'ai aucune fenêtre intempestive. de ce côté là mon PC à toujours été super clean. Au final on est un peu revenu au point de départ et le virus trouvé par kaspersky, on le l'a pas traité.... Merci pour la suite |

Je me doutais bien que ton problème ne venait pas des lignes. Cela vient certainement de ton virus. Oui, on en revient au point de répart. Pas de rapport de scan, donc, je ne sais pas trop quoi faire. Essaie ceci : * Télécharge clean.zip de Malekal (merci Malekal). http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip * Dézippe-le sur le bureau. * Ouvre le dossier jaune nommé clean sur ton bureau. * Double-clique sur clean.cmd * Choisis l'option 1 et copie sur le bureau le rapport généré. Il doit normalement aussi se trouver là : c:\rapport_clean.txt * Clique sur Q pour quitter le programme. * Redémarre en mode sans échec. Pour cela : au démarrage du PC, tapote sur F8 (ou F5). Ton PC démarre, mais sans accès à Internet.( Fais-le en mode normal puisque tu n'as pas accès au MSE ) * Ouvre le dossier jaune nommé clean sur ton bureau. * Double-clique sur clean.cmd * Choisis l'option 2 et copie sur le bureau le rapport généré. * Si une fenêtre s'ouvre, laisse-la. * Clique sur Q pour quitter le programme.
