Probleme virus windows\system32\.exe

Bonjour,

J'ai un problème, je viens de m'acheter un pc et depuis le début, il plant. En effet, avast me detecte regulierement un virus : C\windows\system32\.exe et des ke je le supprime ou le met en quarantain, mon ordi plante et je ne peux plus accéder ni o bureau ni à la barre des taches ni au gestionnaire de tache(je suis donc obliger de faire reset) mais les programmes ouverts, eux, continuent de tourner et dès ke je les ferme, je ne peux plus rien faire.....

lance genproc.bat et mes le rapport qui t'aura ouvert sur ce forum, fais ensuite exactement tous ce qu'il te demande

Leur politique :

si tu es d'accord avec eux, pas de problèmes sinon, il faut desintaller le service en allant dans

fix checked ceci si tu n'en veux plus :

Redemarre le pc et supprime :

Finalement j'ai en quelque sorte suivi vos conseils : j'ai remis a jour window, en fait je l'ai réinstaller puis remis a jour et ça baigne !! sinon concernant le truc boonty, je vous rassure j'ai juste essayer une fois un jeu mai jme sui rendu compte ke ct bien pourri et payant lol ! et depuis g pa réussi à le désinstaller correctement, c vraimen affreu ce truc, jsui totalmen d'accord, rassure toi. Merci beaucoup pour votre rapidité.

Télécharge sa:http://www.01net.com/... ensuite installe redemare ton ordi puis aprés il vont te dire que tu a un virus sur ton ordi clique sur suprimer et fé terminé et voila sa devré marché
