Bonsoir, j'analyse tous les jours avec spyware doctor et il y a toujours 2 ou 3 spyware.known.bad.sites de niveau trés élevé. est-ce dangereux pour mon pc ? pour mes comptes banquaires? Comment faire pour se protéger de ça (J'ai déjà ad-ware) ? Je ne connais rien à l'informatique je suis une petite novice.Pendant le scan j'ai vu des choses trés bizarres par exp. ça marquait C:/document and setting/network service ou windows/system32/ toujours suivi de noms comme: porno,X, sex ...etc..., je suis la seule utilisatrice de ce pc et je n'ai jamais accédé à ce genre de site. Est-ce possible que cela vienne des spyware en question ?

is2.db-journal C:/DOCUM 1/fabrice/LOCALS 1/APPLIC 1/Ahead/NEROHO1 c celui d'aujourd'hui (alors que je l'ai déja supprimé ya 2 jours )ET YA DS LA 40AINE Kernel32.dll windows system32 taille 1048576 y'en a 2 comme ca. + winsock.dll C/windows/system32+wsock32.dll c/windows/system32 ki st marké fichier important a sauvegarder.

Bonjour,

Est-ce que tu peux me dire ce que je dois faire parce que là il déconne sérieusement. il me dit qu'il ne peut pas aller sur le net parce qu'il manque de la ressource pûis il plante et s'éteint. ensuite qd je le rallume il va sur internet ss problém. AU SECOURS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sinon je t'envois le pc par UPS et tu le répares, et là tu vas étre bien occupé, le truc le plus dur que t'as jamais fait de ta vie ! (Je plaisante bien-sur).

remet moi un rapport hijack this stp et aussi ceci
Télécharge Blacklight (le 1er de la page)
https://europe.f-secure.com/exclude/blacklight/index.shtml


Enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
Double-clique fsbl.exe
Clique sur "I ACCEPT" .
clique Scan puis Next

Tu verras une liste de fichiers détectés apparaître. Tu verras également un rapport,
sur ton Bureau, nommé fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (les xxxxxxx sont des chiffres).

poste ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
NE PAS choisir l'option "Rename" de suite car des fichiers légitimes peuvent être présents, tel wbemtest.exe

puis ceci
* Télécharge le script "Silent Runners"

clic droit > "enregistrer sous" (et non pas clic gauche) sur le lien suivant :
https://www.silentrunners.org/Silent%20Runners.vbs
clique ensuite 2 fois sur "yes"
Laisse lui le temps de faire son analyse (compte une minute, montre en main)

poste le rapport généré qui se trouve dans le meme dossier que Silent Runners...

Si ton antivirus s'affole, autorise ce script. Ou au pire, désactive-le juste le temps du téléchargement et du scan. Ce script n'est pas dangereux.

rien de probant dans ces rapports
je vois que tu as AVG antispyware et spyware doctor qui tournent en même temps
si tu as acheté spyware doctor supprime l'autre, ou désactive le bouclier résident et dis moi si cela arrange un peu tes soucis, pour moi, je ne vois plus d'infection, GenProc non plus d'ailleurs...
essaie aussi ceci
Nettoyage et Défragmentation de tes Disques
Clic droit sur "poste de travail" ==>"ouvrir" ==>clic droit sur le disque C ==>Propriétés ==>onglet "Général"
Clique sur le bouton "nettoyage de disque", OK
tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques

Clic droit sur "poste de travail" ==>"ouvrir" ==>clic droit sur le disque C ==>Propriétés ==>onglet "Outil"
"Vérifier maintenant", une boîte s'ouvre, cocher les cases
réparer automatiquement les erreurs...
rechercher et tenter une récupération...
Démarrer, ok
tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques

ensuite toujours dans le même onglet tu choisis
Défragmentation
"défragmenter maintenant", OK
une boîte s'ouvre, tu sélectionnes le disque à défragmenter, et tu cliques sur "analyser", puis après l'analyse, "défragmenter" . OK

j'avais déja fait le défragm. et le nettoyage avant de connaitre ce site. je l'ai refais .
en ce qui concerne AVG c toi qui me l'a fait télécharger et spydoctor c google qui me l'a mis, j'ai rien acheté.
alors je prends quoi comme antispyware ?
Comment on fait pour rétiré sdfix fslb silentunner genproc enfin tous les log que G pris pour réparer le pc ? peux-etre sont-ils tjrs utiles ?
Est-ce que c les infections qui ont rapportées sur mon pc les trucs porno ? Il a l'air mieux mais C pas le top .

je sais que c'est moi qui t"ai proposé AVG car il est plus fiable pour moi en tout cas, que spyware doctor
je vais te dire ce que j'ai sur mon Pc, à toi de voir ensuite
antispyware, j'ai AVG antispyware, Spybot Search and Destroy et Spyware blaster
un pare feu, zone alarm
un antivirus, Norton
perso je ne fais confiance aux anti qui ne nettoient pas comme spyware doctor, qui te disent que tu es infecté mais ne suppriment l'infection que si tu achètes....c'est mon opinion, ...

pour tout ce que je t'ai fait télécharger, tu le supprimes, SDFix, silent Runner, GEnProc et tous les autres sont concus pour un type d'infection et mis à jour sans arrêt, donc très vite obsolètes, il ne faut pas les conserver
tu supprimes aussi les rapports obtenus et les sauvegardes

si tout va bien supprime tout ce qu'on a utilisé car ce ne sera plus utile désormais
conserve néanmoins ccleaner et effectue le nettoyage tous les jours avant de couper le PC

installe ce logiciel très utile et scanne ton PC avec une fois par semaine au moins...

Puis « Comment réagir », clique sur Actions recommandées. Sélectionne Quarantaine.

A la fin du scan, choisis " Appliquer toutes les actions "
Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport". Le fichier texte se trouve dans le dossier Reports du dossier d'AVG Anti-Spyware.

Je ne suis jamais allée sur des sites "chauds" c pourquoi je ne comprends pas pourquoi il y avait ce genre de truc écrit sur mon pc. Encore un grand MERCI pour toutes les informations et les services. à bientot peut-être s' il y a d'autres soucis. (le plus tard possible parce que là c bon .)MERCI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
