Bonsoir, j'analyse tous les jours avec spyware doctor et il y a toujours 2 ou 3 spyware.known.bad.sites de niveau trés élevé. est-ce dangereux pour mon pc ? pour mes comptes banquaires? Comment faire pour se protéger de ça (J'ai déjà ad-ware) ? Je ne connais rien à l'informatique je suis une petite novice.Pendant le scan j'ai vu des choses trés bizarres par exp. ça marquait C:/document and setting/network service ou windows/system32/ toujours suivi de noms comme: porno,X, sex ...etc..., je suis la seule utilisatrice de ce pc et je n'ai jamais accédé à ce genre de site. Est-ce possible que cela vienne des spyware en question ?

tu supprimes SDFix
tu vas dans C:\
et tu supprimes le dossier SDFix
tu vides ta corbeille

ensuite tu le télécharges à nouveau
et tu le dézippes
lorsqu'il est dézippé, tu vas en mode sans échec et tu l'installes
toujours en mode sans échec tu cliques sur run this et tu suis les invites à l'écran
puis tu me postes le rapport obtenu!

SDFix a remis tout en l'état original, donc ton centre de sécurité windows te demande quelque chose

il dit que avast n'est peut-étre plus à jour. et que les mises a jour automatiques ne sont plus activées.Donc jlé ai activé en ce qui concerne l'antivirus il a l'air de fonctionner. Qu'est-ce que je dois utiliser comme anti spyw. à l'avenir parce que AVG c pas gratuit.et combien de fois par semaine il doit etre fait ? merci pour tous ces conseils qui m'ont été d'un grand secours, et tellement bien expliqués pour des nulle en informatique comme moi . C sympa !

ferme toutes tes fenêtres et clique sur fixer l'objet

supprime tout ce que nous avons utilisé pour la désinfection

faire un scan antivirus en ligne avec internet explorer et accepter l'activex
poster le rapport ici ensuite

En bas, à gauche de la fenêtre, clique sur BitDefender SCAN ONLINE
Dans la nouvelle fenêtre, clique sur I agree
La fenêtre change encore, clique sur Click here to scan
Les signatures se chargent, etc.

le problém c que aprés le clic sur scan online et i agree ya 1 page qui me marque qu'il faut ie 4 mini pour faire le scan.comment je fais parce que moi c mozilla qui cherche. ?

tu ne peux pas le faire avec mozilla, il faut le faire avec internet explorer

Mais comment je fais pour avoir ie parceque la page qui dit qu'il faut ie4 il propose un téléchargement de ie7 et c payant. Je ne sais pas changer mozilla pour ie .

ca marche pas ! ya une barre rouge ki défile et qui teste la plateforme et le navigateur depuis 1heure.je dois pas avoir activeX et java comme il le demande et quand je marque accepter les charchements des plugins c pareil il charge depuis 1h. ya rien qui vient. Le problém doit pas etre résolu parce que le pc il merde sérieusement. il me marque sans cesse le programme ne répond pas terminer maintenant .Il rame. je désespére là !!! lol

dézippe le dossier, double-clique sur GenProc.bat et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre
