Modifier le textuel d'un checkbox dans le profil d'un usager

Bonjour,

j'ai un site ou le contenu s'affiche en fonction du profil de l'utilisateur (entreprise, employé ou public). Lorsqu'un utilisateur s'enregistre, automatiquement c'est le profil public qui lui est attribué et sur demande le profil peut changer. Ce changement, je le fait dans le profil du l'utilisateur dans WordPress et l'utilisateur le voit dans son profil après connexion. Mon problème c'est que je veux changer le texte dans le checkbox... (Ex: "business" au lieu de "employer" et m'arranger avec le fichier de traduction 'PO').

J'ai été voir dans wp-admin/user-edit.php et je ne vois pas ou je peux faire le changement.

j'ai pas compris ce que tu voulais faire , tu veux créer ou modifier le nom d'une checkbox pour chaque utilisateur ??

En fait, je veux modifier le choix de réponse dans le checkbox profil de l'usager. Présentement, les choix sont "Employer, Employee, Public - other" et je veux changer le 1er choix seulement pour "Business" et m'arranger avec mon fichier "PO" pour que cela donne "Entreprise, Employé, Public - autre" si l'usager se trouver dans la version française du site.
Malheureusement si je choisis "Employer" dans le checkbox pour un usager, ce dernier voit dans son profil "Employer" que ce soit dans la version 'fr' ou 'en' du site. Moi je veux qu'il voit "Business" si version anglais du site ou "Entreprise" si version française.

a moins que ma mémoire me joue des tours, ce ne sont pas les cases par défaut du profil donc difficile de te dire où les trouver sans savoir ce qui les a crée (plugin ou thème ?)


en outre je ne pense pas que tu puisses dissocier les deux langues a moins encore une fois de faire un formulaire bilingue

En fait, ce n'est pas le profil régulier d'un utilisateur que je parle tel que "Nom, Prenom, Adresse, Tel etc..." c'est un checkbox complètement a part dont le but est de définir la provenance ou le type d'utilisateur qui achète (si on veut pas utiliser le terme profile).

Bref, est-ce que l'acheteur est un cadre qui achète pour une entreprise? Est-ce que c'est un employé d'une entreprise qui possède un compte avec nous ou simplement quelqu'un du public en general... Car le prix de l'article variera en fonction.

C'est normal que tu ne les trouves pas dans ce fichier puisqu'ils n'ont pas été crées par wordpress mais par un plugin ou un thème .donc soit c'est dans un fichier du plugin soit le fichier functions de ton thème mais il est impossible que ce soit dans un fichier natif de wordpress

Super! Je l'ai trouvé dans le fichier functions de mon thème effectivement. Mais j'ai un problème de traduction coté usager. Je m'explique:

Voici le code fonction.php qui me permet d'attribuer un profil à un usager:

Ci-dessous c'est le code qui permet d'afficher à l'usager le type de son profil lorsqu'il est connecté (business, employé ou public):

Si la variable 'profile'=Business, l'usager verra 'Business' même dans la section français du site. Comment créer une fonction de traduction(_e ou __()) pour que le contenu de la variable 'profile' devienne une clé de traduction. Bref, pour que dans la section française qu'on puisse voir 'Entreprise' et non 'Business'.
J'ai essayé les 2 options (esc_attr__ ou esc_attr_e) ci-dessous mais ça marche pas.
1-<?php echo esc_attr__( get_the_author_meta( 'profile', $user->ID ) ); ?>
2-<?php echo esc_attr_e( get_the_author_meta( 'profile', $user->ID ) ); ?>
