Gestion de mise à jour et installation de programme

bonjour tout le monde merci de m'acceuillir sur le forum je suis débutant sur ubuntu donc soyez tolérant, j'ai installé ubuntu sur mon ordinateur tout s'est bien déroulé mais je n'arrive pas à faire les mises à jour et installer quoi que ce soit à chaque fois que j'essai je recois des messages d'erreurs du genre:
