Petite précision du message posté a 11h54bonjour à tous
voici mon ou mes pb
1 mon AV étant arrivé à expiration, j ai téléchargé une version d essai d un mois. Quand j ai voulu installer par la suite "kasperky"(mon AV) j ai un message qui me dit qu une version existe et qu il faut la supprimer. Mais impossible j ai ce message:

2 quand je vais dans l aide de recherche de windows j ai une page vierge!!

3 quand je veux faire une restauration système j ai aussi ine page vierge
si quelqu un sait m aider chapeau!!!
