Bonjour a tous, quand je joue a certains jeux mon pc se coupe net sans blue screen et redémarre.
et mon PC a trés souvent des blue screen.
j'aurais besoin d'aide car sa me gène vraiment ^^

Tu as des problèmes avec directx.
Je te conseille de mettre à jour tes drivers surtout la carte graphique.

Oui et aussi le fait que tu n'as pas mis à jour windows 10.

Bonjour,

on va faire vérifier ton Pc.
télécharge zhpcleaner https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/24801-zhpcleaner/
clique sur scanner.
une fois le scan terminé,
clique sur nettoyer.
Un rapport ce créera.

Poste le via https://www.cjoint.com/ et copie / colle le lien dans ta prochaine réponse.

Il y avait 2 pup.
Refait ceci https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-33099835-blue-screen#15
Mais en lançant l'invite de commande en tant qu'admin. Pour le faire tu fais un clic droit sur le bouton démarrer et tu choisis lancer une invite de commande en tant qu'administrateur.

Tu as au moins un message d'erreur.

Dans l'invite de commande tape:
sfc /scannow
Puis entrée pour valider.

toujours pas :/ le sfc scannow a fonctionner mais la commande pour arrêter le win update sa ne marche toujours pas.
