Bonjour, cela fait 3 jours que je n'arrive pas à mettre mon pc en démarrage normal. J'ai fait tout ce qu'il est noté sur votre site ; démarrer>exécuter..., tape msconfig> démarrage sélectif et après je n'ai rien, je n'ai même plus la fenêtre noire avec le choix que je dois faire aujourd'hui, ça va directement sur la fenêtre où sont tous mes programmes etc. Et il y a des fonctions que je n'ai pas dans le démarrage sans échec. Le démarrage sans échec m'est déjà arrivé, mais je pouvais aller dans panneau de configuration > restauration du système> choisir une date antérieure. Mais là, je n'ai pas de choix à taper ni de date. Il y a juste une phrase dont, malheureusement je ne me souviens plus. Et j'exécute quand même : pas de changement. Pas de son, mon anti-virus ne fonctionne pas, je ne peux pas cocher sur administrateur, je ne peux pas télécharger Ccleaner. C'est grand boum pour moi ! Merci de m'aider parce que là ; je sature.

Décocher à "Démarrage sélectif", Ok, re démarré.
C'est bien ce que vous avez fait ?

Bonsoir francoins, j'ai fait : démarrer>executer>tape : msconfig>fenetre apparait>coche demarrage selectif>et dans l'onglet BOOT.INI rien de doit être cocher. Ce qui est indiqué + haut pOw4_Amecpie le 23 juin 2008 18h31. Mais je n'ai jamais eu l'onglet BOOT INI.

Le BOOT.INI c'est pour le Windows XP
Autrement: msconfig, Executer, Général, cocher à "Démarrage normal", OK, re démarrer.

Démarrage sécurisé doit ètre décoché

Autre solution: pour un PC de bureau: mettez le en marche. Débranchez la prise secteur. Rebrancher votre PC il vous demandera comment vous voulez démarrer. en Mode normal ou autre (si c'est un PC portable, débranchez la batterie avant cette opération).

Bonjour, je viens d'installer Ccleaner, il y a 774 MO à supprimer et le détail des fichiers en attente d'être nettoyés. Je lance le nettoyage ? Si cela ne fonctionne pas, j'essaierai à nouveau de mettre en marche mon pc et de débrancher la prise secteur etc.. car je l'ai déjà fait mais mon pc est revenu en mode sans échec.

la seul solution est de reformaté car ton systeme est trop atteint

Si quelqu'un peut me trouver une solution pour revenir en mode normal, ci-dessus mon rapport. Tu ne m'as pas répondu forever374 : si je réinitialise : je perds TOUT ce qui est sur mon pc ? . Et s'il n'y a pas d'autres solutions, quelles manipulations dois-je faire ?.
