Trojan : infecté par csrss.exe et winlogon

Bonjour,

J'ai récupéré un trojan bien collant, j'ai bien tenté plusieurs scan differents mais rien n y fait.

J'ai downloadé HijackThis, une erreur est apparue, je n'ai plus les droits en écriture sur le fichier etc/hosts
, je suis pourtant loggué en administrateur locale du pc.

J'ai coché les deux lignes suivantes puis cliquer sur fix checked mais elle ne disparaissent pas.

J'ai récupéré les PID des deux exe retorts et tenté de les killer par un taskkill /PID numero /F mais je n'ai pas le droit.

Au départ mon anti virus est avast.
Depuis j'ai tenté toute une serie de scan.
J'ai scanné avec vundofix déja mais il ne voit rien.
Puis j'ai trouvé une version de combofix mais elle incompatible avec mon OS (VISTA) apparemment.
Kaspersky ne voit rien non plus comme spybot et spyware doctor, même après reboot.

Bon depuis le début j'ai un problème avec internet explorer aussi. Il se bloque anormalement.
Mon OS est vista , je n'arrive pas à savoir quel est ma version IE, si c'est IE6 ouIE7.

Je ne sais plus trop comment m'y prendre.
C'est pourquoi je fais appel à vos lumières, les miennes s'éteignent peu à peu.

Je remercie d'avance la personne qui voudra bien m'aider à trouver une solution, j'ai lu que que csrss.exe
récupére les login et passwd en autres.
