Intrusion virus

Bonjour, je m'aperçois que mon ordinateur est très lent depuis quelque temps. Surement du à un ou deux téléchargement.
je suis un adepte de votre site, et suis les étapes de vos message à la lettre, Ccleaner,malwerbytes ,adwcleaner, combofix ,jrt , et roguekiller ect... . Simplement mon ordinateur est devenu lent au démmarage et une fois en marche. Aussi après avoir fait combofix mon antivirus me dit qu'il se s'active plus (antivir) alors qu'il est actif quand je l'ouvre ( mais pas en bas à droite). j'aurais besoin d'une personne qui pourrait me guider vraiment en profondeur pour retrouver mon acer avec ces capacités :( je vous remercie d'avance de votre aide précieuse. voici le rapport combofix
