Bonjour,
commence par faire un nettoyage avec Cclaener :
https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/5647-ccleaner/
tu fais nettoyeur et registre. Pour le registre, recommence la manipulation plusieurs fois jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus rien.
fais un nettoyage avec adwclaener :
http://general-changelog-team.fr/fr/downloads/viewdownload/20-outils-de-xplode/2-adwcleaner
fais un scan et supprime tout ce qu'il pourrait trouver. Fais un copier/coller du rapport après suppression ici dans ta réponse.

Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte : https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/14361-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
décoche " essai de la version pro " à la fin de l'installation.
Mets le à jour puis lance un examen.
A la fin du scan, clic sur "Mettre tout en quarantaine" en bas à gauche.
Redémarre l'ordinateur si besoin.
Après redémarrage, relance Malwarebytes.
Vas chercher le rapport dans l'onglet Historique.
A gauche Journal des examens.
Doube-clic sur l'examen dans la liste.
fais un copier/coller du rapport ici dans ta réponse.
