Il faut aussi commenté [ # ] les lignes suivantes =>

# Load "dri"

puis en root ;

depmod -a
modprobe nvidia

ctrl-alt-backspace && ou reboot
Je ranges mes affaires en suivant le principe
d' une table de hachage -- Tufs --

J'avais dejjà commenté les lignes
# Load "GLcore"
# Load "dri"

Mais j'ai effectué les commande
depmod -a
modprobe nvidia

Sa ne fait aucun changement .

A quoi correspondent ces commandes ? ( mais bon si elles ne marchent pas ...)

Avec cette technique :

Sa n'avance pas et avec plusieurs autres decrites dans le topic


Ce qui merde c'est juste le redemarage, gdm m'affirme que xorg est mal configuré.

Colles-nous ton xorg.conf pour voir ....+ de details sur la machine laptop , bureau , screen .
sinon verifie aussi le fichier /etc/modules si nvidia est present dans le cas contraire tapes :

debian:~# grep -q ^nvidia /etc/modules || echo nvidia >> /etc/modules

et relance X en attendant ....

Ces erreurs correspondent aux polices non installés apparemment. Installes les et ca devrait rentrée dans l'ordre...

Les fonts sont deja installer puisque c est seulement depuis l installation des drivers nVidia que le problem se pose ...( que le serveur X plante ) moi je penches plutot pour un problem au niveau du serveur X à moins d avoir ue un message d erreur durant l install des drivers nVidia à voir

Et donc ou sont stockés normalement les fonts que je puisse les linker ?

Heu daccord mais comment je connais dejà le nom des packets corespondant

par exemple pour :

fais une recherche avec "font + misc"

Sinon fais un copier-coller de ton xorg.conf pour voir...

il indique à chaque fois deux répertoires pour chaque font.
par exemple pour le cyrillic il y a "/usr/share/fonts/X11/cyrillic" et "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/cyrillic".
Donc commente les lignes relatives à "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/" en ajoutant un dièse '#' en début de chacune de ces lignes.

Merci j'avance un peu :
J'ai commenté cde qu'il fallait et les message d'erreur des police ont disparus.
Cependant j'ai un autre message d'erreur cette fois me disant :
"UseFBDev" is not used (ou un truc dans le genre)
Donc je l'ai mis a false, sans resultat, je l'ai commenté et k'erreur a disparu du log mé l'X ne demare toujours pas correctement

Pourrais tu afficher les messages d'erreurs complets.

Et quelle est la configuration de ton pc?

Ben quand je startx, l'ecran ratatouille un peu, et en revenant sur la console (ctrl + alt + F1) j'ai le message normal (description de la legende, des signes etc ) puis :
X10: Fatal errors 104 (connection reset by peer) on server "-0.0'" after 0 request with 0 event remaining

En reinstallant le pilote j'ai remarqué deux mesaage d'erreur :
warning nvida-installer was forced to guess the X library path 'usr/lib' and X modules path 'usr/lib/Xorg/modules" these path were not queryable from the system. If X fails to find the Nvidia X driver module please install the 'pkgconfig' utility and the Xorg SDK devellopement and reinstall the driver

Warning : your driver insttallation has been altered sinc it was initially installed : this may happen, for exeample, if you sinc installed the nvidia driver thrawgh a mechanism other than the nvidia installe
The nvidia installer will attempt o unistall as best it can
