télécharge HijackThis ici:

Dézippe le dans un dossier prévu à cet effet.
Par exemple C:\hijackthis < Enregistre le bien dans c : !

renomme hijackthis. en "scan" par exemple

Lance le puis:
clique sur "do a system scan and save logfile" (cf démo)
faire un copier coller du log entier sur le forum

etant donné que le precedant ne repond plus je vais m'ocuper de ton cas ;)

Télécharge VundoFix.exe (par Atribune) sur ton Bureau.

* Double-clique VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer.
* Lorsque l'outil se lance à nouveau, clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo
* Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo.
* Lorsque le scan est complété, clique sur le bouton Remove Vundo
* Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES
* Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers.
* Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va s'éteindre ("shutdown"); clique OK
* Démarre ton PC à nouveau.
* Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\vundofix.txt ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport HijackThis! dans ta prochaine réponse.

Note Il est possible que VundoFix soit confronté à un fichier qu'il ne peut supprimer. Si tel est le cas, l'outil se lancera au prochain redémarrage; il faut simplement suivre les instructions ci-haut, à partir de "clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo".

oui je suis vraiment désolé, mais je n'ai plus eu le temps de venir voir sur le forum, étant donné que je ne vais pas aussi souvent que je veux sur mon pc. Voila le scan comme demandé, et j'ai aussi avec VundoFix. Il me détecte un fichier infecté dans F:\windows\system32\awvvstr.dll mais impossible de le supprimé j'ai redemarré 3 fois et il me dise a chaque fois :
F:\windows\system32\awvvstr.dll could not be deleted ... ect

relance hijackthis puis clic sur "do a system scan only"

apres le scan coche ces lignes et seulement celles ci !!

referme ton navigateur (internet explorer ) puis clic sur " fix check"

Télécharge VirtumundoBegone sur le bureau:
http://secured2k.home.comcast.net/tools/VirtumundoBeGone.exe

Double clique ensuite sur VirtumundoBeGone.exe et suis les instructions.
Une fois terminé, redémarre et poste le rapport VBG.TXT créé sur le bureau dans ta prochaine réponse avec un nouveau rapport HijackThis.
Ne t'inquiète pas si tu vois un message Ecran bleu "Erreur fatale", c'est normal et attendu

Salut rudyrital, je suis présentement pris avec le même problème qu'avait angbleu26. Est-ce que je dois absolument produire un rapport de HiJackThis et de VundoFix pour que tu puisses faire un diagnotisque ou bien je peux immédiatement procéder avec la même procédure que tu as décris à angebleu26?

Il serait préférable que tu fasses ton message personnel, cela rendra les postes plus compréhensibles et la réponse à ton problème sera plus efficace

Bjr, en fait j'ai le même probléme;spybot me détecte 2 mouchards et j'ai beau les effacer ils reviennent...
Ce sont "Virtumonde" et "Microsoft.Windows.AppFirewallBypass"

bjr j'ai été infecté par un grand nombre de virus et adware virtumonde,vundo et je ne sais par combien d'autre saloperie de ce genre le pc reboot et mon interface d'ecran a été changer avec ce msg:spyware detected on your computer avec un fond bleu et ya des mouche partout sur mon ecran.spybot,adaware 2008,avast n'ont pas reussi a remédier a tout ça.avast courrier electronique maverti que des messages sont envoyés alors que ce n'est pas moi.comment faire ?
