Bonjour à tout.

J'ai un new pc de 3 semaines tout allait parfaitement bien jusque avavnt hier.Depuis internet rame beaucoup alors que mon msn foctionne parfaitement.
Mon anti virus est kapersky

Aider moi svp ( attention je ne suis pas du tout calé en informatique svp expliqué moi dans les détail pour ce que je dois fait)
Je vous remerci d'avance...

bonjour
as-tu essayé d'installer un logiciel anti spyware type adaware pour voir si tu n'avais pas de logiciels espions sur ton poste qui pourrait éventuellement ralentir le réseau
est-ce que tu as installé un logiciel peer to peer qui pourrait ralentir ta connexion ?

oui j'ai fait un scan avec adaware il a supprimé quelques truc mais sa ne va pas mieux.
Qu'es que un programme peer to peer???

j le lence manuelment donc je ne pense pas que ce soit du à sa car je connecte émule seulement quand je ne surf pas...

aurais tu quelque chsoe d installer sur ta machine du style winantivirus pro , error safe le genre de logiciel qui t'ouvre une page web en te disant attention ta machine est infecté je peu l'analyser gratuitement???
et une fois analyser te trouve plein de faille et t explique qu il a reussi a en corriger quelques une mais au final tu doit payer pour desinfecter toute ta machine
moi personnellement j ai une petite preference pour spybot search and destroy

Lance le puis:

Salut,

Si tu es sous XP déjà commences par vider ton cache internet puis si ça ne suffit pas.
Va sous C:\documents and settings\ton profil
et renomme le dossier Applications Data en Applications Data.old et refais un test.

Si c'est toujours aussi long casse carrément ton profil :
Va sous C:\documents and settings\ton profil et renomme le en ton profil.old

Si avec tout ça, ça marche pas essaye d'installer un autre navigateur comme par exemple Mozilla et dis moi si le problème persiste.
