j'ai lu un post recent qui relatait le meme probleme. j'ai installe ZHPdiag. voici mon rapport

salut 

fais ceci car tu as des adwares et publiciels 

télécharge adwcleaner sur ton bureau  

le lien https://toolslib.net  

utlisateurs vista-w7-w8 exécuter en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)  

choisis le mode suppression  

le rapport s'affichera sur ton bureau et dans C:\adw[S1].txt  

poste le rapport via 1 copier/coller

relance adwcleaner et choisis désinstaller 

désinstalle ceci Adobe Reader 9.5.2 MUI via programme et fonctionnalité du panneau

de configuration, et télécharge la dernière version ici https://get2.adobe.com/fr/reader/otherversions/

ps: n'oublie pas de décocher MCAFEE

firefox n'est pas a jour, mets le a jour

tu as ceci comme antivirus, c'est pas le top (Microsoft Security Client v4.2.0223.1)

a toi de voir si tu veux changer?

ensuite fais ceci

Reparamètres tes navigateurs WEB (page de démarrage, moteur de recherche etc) mais aussi supprimer/désactiver les extensions inutiles/parasites :

j'ai un rapport MBRcheck qui est apparu sur mon bureau. ce n'est pas celui que je t'ai montre. j'en fait quoi?

finalement, j'ai un gros soucis!!!!
ca n'a peut-etre rien a voir avec la manip d'hier mais voila, j'ai choppe un gros virus qui se presente sous le nom de "systeme care antivirus".
je ne peux pas faire de rapport, le virus m'en empeche. je ne peux pas aller sur le net (la je suis sur un autre ordi!), le virus m'empeche aussi. je ne peux lancer aucun logiciel. il a meme pris la place de mon anti-virus. 
je ne comprends pas, je n'ai rien telecharge. 
qu'est-ce que je peux faire??????

c'est ok pour roguekiller, fais ceci maintenant

télécharge MBAM sur ton bureau 

le lien https://www.malwarebytes.com/ (prend le free) 

le tuto https://www.donnemoilinfo.com/tuto/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/ 

exécute le en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit) 
met le a jour  (3ème bouton)

fais 1 scan complet (tous les disques) 

le scan peut durer +-2H (laisse le bosser) 

si MBAM trouve quelque chose supprime la sélection (voir tuto 2ème page)

poste le rapport via 1 copier/coller 

le rapport s'affichera sur ton bureau et dans rapport/log de MBAM

j'ai oublié de te dire de mettre zhpdiag a jour avant de l'exécuter

pour le faire, clique sur la flèche verte (2ème bouton en haut a droite)

télécharge et exécute l'installation, puis tu relance zhpdiag en cliquant sur 

la loupe avec le + (2ème bouton en haut a gauche)

j'ai regarde sur l'ordi et j'ai bien retrouve cet executable.

lance zhpfix en tant qu'administrateur et copie/colle ceci (pour système care antivirus)

le texte a copier

donc, quand je fais "demarrer", il n'apparait plus mais quand je fais "tous les programmes", il est la. par contre j'ai regarde les proprietes, le dossier semble vide!

ben ecoute super bien! ma navigation rame un peu pcq avec le nouvel avast j'ai rajoute une extention a mes navigateurs: adblock. au moins, j'ai plus de pub! je crois que j'ai mieux securise mon PC, c'est super!!!!

c'est pas fini, il faut encore désinstaller les outils de désinfection

fais ceci

télécharge delfix sur ton bureau

le lien http://general-changelog-team.fr/fr/downloads/viewdownload/20-outils-de-xplode/9-delfix

exécute le en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

vérifie que les cases soient cochées (5)

puis clique sur exécuter

le rapport s'affichera sur ton bureau et dans C:\delfix.txt

poste le rapport via 1 copier/coller

oui et tu peux faire 1 scan de temps a autre

purera n'est pas désinstallé, clique droit>supprimer

le rapport purera se trouve dans C:\purera.txt, tu peux le supprimer aussi

j'ai vu dans le rapport que ccleaner n'est pas a jour

lance ccleaner et en bas a droite de la page clique sur "recherche une mise a jour"

si ça ne fonctionne pas, désinstalle le via programmes et fonctionnalités du panneau

de configuration et télécharge la dernière version ici

alors pour purera, j'ai bien supprime le rapport. par contre, j'ai beau chercher partout, je ne vois pas le programme!!!!! c'est normal????

pour ccleaner, je n'avais pas vu les MAJ non payantes. a chaque fois que je cliquais sur le lien, je ne voyais que la version payante, d'où mon ancienne version :P

pour purera, il est sur le bureau et dans le pire des cas tu fais 1 recherche

clic sur démarrer et tape purera dans la barre de recherche

ensuite, clic droit sur purera dans les résultats de la recheche>>ouvrir l'emplacement du fichier

si tu ne le trouves pas en faisant 1 recherche, c'est qu'il est supprimé 

si tu veux faire 1 recherche avec Seaf, dis le moi

tu dois encore faire ceci

lance ccleaner et dans "options" 4ème bouton, clique sur "avancé" 

et décoche la case "effacer uniquement les fichiers temporaires datant de + de 24H" 

ensuite fais 1 recherche avec le "nettoyeur" et supprime tout ce qu'il trouve 

passe le autant de fois qu'il trouve quelque chose 

ensuite fais la même chose avec "registre" et corriger les erreurs 

ps:tu peux enregistrer ce que "registre" va trouver avant de supprimer, et si dans 3- 

4 jours tu vois que tu n'as pas de soucis avec ce qu'il a supprimé, tu pourras 

supprimer la sauvegarde

ayé, c'est bon, j'ai fait et refait comme tu m'as dit. ccleaner ne trouve plus rien c'est nickel.

pour purera, je pense qu'effectivement il n'est plus sur l'ordi^^

oui je viens de redemarrer et effectivement, bizzarement, ca ne rame plus sur le net. je croyais que c'était adblock qui était trop lourd mais a priori non, il gene pas! cool!!!!!^^
