mon ordi rame, virus????Fermé

Question

Bonjour!
Depuis plus de 3 semaines, mon ordinateur rame énormément à son ouverture, et met plus de 10min à commencer à bien fonctionner, avast, ad-aware, spybot n'ont rien détecté!
De plus, maintenant, quand je branche ma webcam et que je démarre une conversation (audio et video), mon ordi s'éteind direct en mettant une page bleue avec des écritures blanches, alors qu'avant, ça marchait à la perfection!!!!!J'ai bien sur désinstallé le logiciel et tt réinstallé, mais ça n'a rien changé!!!!
Que dois je faire pour remédier ces problèmes?

bonjour ton raport est propre il y'a just bcp de programes qui se lancent au demarrage :

essay ceci :


pour liberer plus d' espace

*desinstalls les programes inutiles 

Va dans le Panneau de Configuration >> Ajout/Suppression de programmes, et désinstalle/supprime , tout les programe que tu n'utilise pas 

Pour les lenteurs au démarrage :
 
*Désactive les programmes inutiles au démarrage pour gagner en performance et un démarrage plus rapide : 
- Menu Démarrer puis executer 
- Tape msconfig dans le champs et clic sur OK 
- Dans la nouvelle fenetre clic sur l'onglet démarrage en haut à droite 
- Décoche tous les programmes laisees coché seulement ton antivirus (avast)
- Clic sur OK /appliquer/redemarrer maintenant
-au redemarage une petite fenetre s'affiche coche ne plus afficher ce message


pour les lenteur global 

*Nettoye ton ordinateur avec CCleaner : https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-ccleaner/ 


*desactive l'affichage des miniature des videos qui a tendence a faire planter le pc 


-Menu Démarrer / executer / tapes : regsvr32 -u shmedia.dll et tu clics sur OK 

*effectues un scan disk pour reparer les erreures

- Va dans le Menu : Démarrer / executer / cmd et tu clics sur OK. Dans la nouvelle fenêtre, tape chkdsk /F /R c: 
Il va te dire qu'il ne peut pas scanner une partition montée et va te proposer de scanner au redémarrage, accepte et redémarre l'ordinateur. 

au redemarrage ne touche a rien jusqu'a la fin du scan

*effectues une defragmentation pour gagné en performance

J'ai fais tout ce qui était marqué, et mon ordi rame toujours autant!!!
de plus, l'espace libre du disque dur c: était de 48% avant de faire tout cela, et maintenant, il n'est plus que de 33% alors que je n'ai pas rajouté de nouveaux programmes!!!!! Est-ce normal?

En ce qui concerne ma webcam, dès que je met le son, pour avoir une conversation vidéo, l'ordi plante toujours avec un écran bleu avec des écritures blanches et s'éteint!!! J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé le logiciel, mais cela n'a rien changé!!! Pourtant, ma webcam marchait très bien avec le son jusqu'au mois dernier sans faire planter l'ordi! Que dois-je faire?

J'ai enlevé tous les programmes sauf avast et msn. L'ordi s'ouvre plus vite, mais bugg toujours ensuite!!!!!!
En ce qui concerne mon disque dur, l'espace libre est remonté à 45%!!!!! Alors que je n'ai rien changé, donc ça devait bugguer!
Sinon, que fera une réparation windows à mon ordi si je la fait?

En e qui concerne l'histoire de ma webcam, sais tu ce que je peux faire pour pouvoir m'en resservir comme avant, cad avec le son? sans que mon ordi ne s'éteigne?

J'ai un petit probleme, depuis que j'ai desactivé les programmes au démarrage, je ne peux plus utiliser entierement mon "touchpad" (je ne sais pas si c'est bien ce nom là) et je n'ai pas de souris, donc c'est un gros probleme!!!!
Et je n'arrive pas à retrouver l'endroit ou on peut le remettre en marche!!!!

Pour la réparation de windows, c'est les dvd de restauration de l'ordinateur qu'il faut utiliser? Avec mon vaio, j'en ai 2, je dois utiliser les 2?

bonsoir pour la reparation il faut utilisé le cd d'instalation windows xp :) 

les cd de restauration te permettent de faire une restauration d'usine donc tu va perdre tout tes données

Non, je ne connais personne!
En plus, en ce moment, je suis aux USA et cela pour une durée de un an, dc je ne pense pas pouvoir récupérer de cd, je pense que je vais voir si ça ne s'empire pas, et quand je reviendrai en France, je tenterai une réparation!!! Merci beaucoup pour l'aide!

bonjour pas grave pour le cd , en faite c'etait le moyen le plus simple de resoudre le probleme des lenteurs 

si tu veut on peu essayé de resoudre le probleme de la webcam  

a mon avis il faut desinstaller /reinstaller le pilote 

as tu toujour le cd de la webcam? sinon tu peu tle elecharger  sur le net  il suffit just de me donnée la marque + les reference de ta webcam

Pour ce qui est de ma webcam, j'ai déjà tout désinstallé et réinstallé avec le cd, mais cela n'a rien changé!!!!

ca ressemble a un probleme windows  ,  as tu installé recement un nouveau lecteur video? 


a mon avis il faut reinstaller les driver de la carte graphique et  carte son . j'espere que tu as toujour le cd des driver fourni avec le pc 


sinon tu peu essayer une restauration a une heur anterieur comme ceci 

demarrer/ tout les programe/accessoire/outills systeme/ restauration du system 
ensuite tu coche "restaurer mon ordi a une heur anterieure" ensuite tu clike sur "suivant " 

Ensuite choisis  une date dans le calendrier avant l'aparition du probleme

Je n'ai rien installé de nouveau récemment, j'avais déjà tenté la restauration à une date antérieure le mois dernier, dès que le problème est survenu, et cela n'a rien changé, il a même fallu que je l'annule car le résultat était limite pire!!!!
Pour ce qui est des cd des driver, je n'ai eu aucun cd fourni avec mon pc, j'ai juste mes cd de restauration de l'ordi, et je n'ai en aucun cas envie de les utiliser et perdre ttes mes données!Enfin, je pense que les cd dont tu parles ne sont pas les cd de restauration. En tout cas, je n'en ai pas.

bonjour , il est possible de telecharger les drivers sur le net  , je pense que tu devrais poster un message sur le forum windows ou materiel , sur le titre de message met : ecran bleu sysdata.xml

telecharge tuneup utilities c'est un reparateur pour XP qui en tout cas à moi donne de bon resultats
