Il faudrait nous en dire un peu plus sur ce NAS. As-tu déterminé son IP ?
As-tu scanné ses ports avec nmap, arrives-tu à le pinguer ?
Si tu n'arrives pas à le pinguer, les routes sont-elles correctes ?
Ce NAS utilise-t'il samba, nfs, autre chose ?
Est-ce que le port correspondant est ouvert d'après nmap ?
Comment as-tu configuré côté client l'accès à ce NAS (typiquement comment as-tu configuré /etc/fstab) ?

Elles dépassent hélas mes compétences. Tout ce que je peux dire c'est que ce NAS est visible sous Windows 8 et LinuxMint et même Opensuse; je viens de le vérifier...

Je ne sais pas trop pourquoi tu m'as reporté l'aide de ping et de nmap, dans les commandes que je t'ai indiqué, est-ce que tu as bien remplacé xx.xx.xx.xx par l'IP de ton NAS ?
Si tu arrives à y accéder sous windows, j'imagine que tu peux retrouver cette IP. Si tu ne sais pas déterminer cette IP, j'imagine que ce NAS est sur le même sous réseau que toi, donc tu devrais pouvoir quand même le retrouver avec nmap.
Le fait que tu y accèdes sous windows laisse penser que c'est samba qui est utilisé (et le port 445).
Pour accéder à un partage samba (cifs) il faut installer les paquets samba (côté client) sur ta machine linux. Ensuite il faut lancer la commande mount appropriée (que l'on pourra automatiser par la suite en configurant /etc/fstab). Commençons par créer un point de montage (un répertoire vide dans lequel le contenu du partage apparaîtra une fois le mount effectué avec succès), je choisis ici arbitrairement /mnt/samba :
Maintenant, faisons le mount. Si xx.xx.xx.xx = 10.0.2.10 et que le partage s'appelle "toto" et
- si ce partage ne requiert pas de mot de passe :
- si ce partage requiert un mot de passe :
Crée un fichier /root/.smbcredentials contenant ton login et ton mot de passe :
... puis fait le mount :
Tu devrais alors voir le contenu de ton partage dans /mnt/samba.
À noter qu'il existe peut être une interface graphique pour faire tout ça. N'utilisant pas samba je ne sais pas ce que ça vaut, mais apparemment dans nautilus ça existe (et sans doute dans dolphin ou konqueror aussi) :

Une autre page qui semble utiliser l'adresse MAC et non l'adresse IP du NAS (si tu as cette information, peut être que c'est plus adapté que ce que j'ai mentionné plus haut ?) :
