Bonjour à tous !

Voilà mon problème : comme beaucoup d'après ce que j'ai pu constater mon PC est infecté par un ou plusieurs virus qui effacent les fichiers exe. de tous les antivirus que je veux installer (ça a commencé par me désactiver Avast).
J'ai essayé tout ce que j'ai pu voir sur le forum mais rien n'a fonctionné. J'ai suivi les 3 étapes de nettoyage du PC. Voici maintenant les rapports AVG et Hijackthis.
Je précise également qu'il est impossible de redémarrer en mode sans échec.

Un dernière précision, j'ai un dossier dans Windows qui se nomme "exefld", qui parait-il est lié au virus, que je supprime et qui se recrée à chaque démarrage du PC mais uniquement si je suis connectée à Internet.

je voudrais que tu fasses le ménage dans ton PC avec cette procédure, même si ça te paraît, un peu lourd...( je sais !)

Merci pour cette réponse, je vais "faire le ménage", mais j'ai déjà utilisé la plupart de ces programmes et certains ne veulent pas s'installer (Spybot par exemple). Mais j'essaie tout de même et je reposte un log HJT.

Bonjour,
J'ai donc suivi toute la procédure dimanche soir, mais je n'arrivais plus à me connecter à CCM ensuite. Me revoilà donc aujourd'hui (hier je n'étais pas là) avec les résultats.

Comme prévu il m'est impossible de lancer Spybot et je ne peux pas non plus lancer en mode sans échec.

Ta version xp est-elle officielle ?

Wgalogon.dll is showing in your log in the 020 area, this is a genuine Microsoft file (Windows Genuine Advantage)
but as far as I know it should only appear if you have an illegal or pirated copy of windows, With you having SP2
installed I'm really not sure why that is showing, its not a threat so nothing to be worried about but you could contact
MS if you notice any problems and ask why its present in the log.

Bonjour,

En fait je suis au boulot toute la journée, je ferais tout ça ce soir.
En ce qui concerne mon PC, je ne peux toujours pas installer d'antivirus, idem pour les firewall. J'ai refait 2 scans avec SVG qui trouve un virus à risque élevé = worm.bagle.hg (je n'ai rien trouvé à ce sujet sur Google), le rapport dit que c'est nettoyé mais à chaque scan il le retrouve (je posterai le rapport ce soir).
Et depuis hier après midi le PC s'éteind de temps en temps.

Bon je vais bosser un peu... à ce soir je ne serais là qu'après 20h ou à demain et encore merci pour ton aide.

pour avancer

Télécharge Blacklight (de F-Secure)
https://europe.f-secure.com/blacklight/try.shtml
https://europe.f-secure.com/exclude/blacklight/index.shtml


et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

Double-clique blbeta.exe et accepte la licence ; laisse [X]scan through Windows Explorer activé ; clique Scan puis Next

Tu verras une liste de fichiers détectés apparaître. Tu verras également un rapport, sur ton Bureau, nommé fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (les xxxxxxx sont des chiffres).

Copie et colle le contenu de ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse

imprimes ou enregistres les instruction suivante pour ne rien oublié :


telecharge the killbox

http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.exe


1.redemarre en mode sans echec (redemarage + tapotte sans arret sur F8 desque l'ordi s'allume)

2.desactive ta restauration (pour win xp ) comme ceci :
clike droit sur post de travaille/proprietes/restauration system et la tu coche desactiver la restauration du systeme tu applique

3.Double clic sur killbox.exe (Pocket Killbox)

- Dans "Full Path of File to Delete"
copie et colle:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\hldrrr.exe

-clique sur single file
- clique sur la croix rouge
- une fenêtre va apparaître pour confirmation de suppression clique sur YES

tu fait pareil avec ces fichiers :




c:\Documents and Settings\MATTU\Application Data\hidires\hidr.exe
c:\Documents and Settings\MATTU\Application Data\hidires\m_hook.sys
c:\WINDOWS\system32\wintems.exe



3.ensuite va dans post de travail / lecteur C: cherche et supprime le dossier nommée : !KillBox

ce dossier contien tout les virus que t'as supprimé avec the kill box

4.vide la corbeille

redemare en mode normal refait un scan blacklight et colle le resultat ici

Je ne peux plus démarrer en mode sans échec depuis ces problèmes de virus, j'ai essayé de lancer Killbox en mode normal mais je n'ai pas accès à "single file" qui reste en gris. C'est "Standart File Kill" qui est sélectionné. Est-ce qu'il faut que j'en sélectione un autre?

On va essayé autrement :) fait ces manip en mode normal



Double clic sur killbox.exe (Pocket Killbox)

- coche: delete on reboot: qui veut dire = ( supprimer au demarrage)
- Dans "Full Path of File to Delete"
copie et colle:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\hldrrr.exe

- clique sur la croix rouge
- une fenêtre va apparaître pour confirmation de suppression clique sur YES
- une seconde fenêtre te demande si tu veux redémarrer clique sur YES

Ok normalement , tu peu maintenant installé un antivirus

dans un premier temp je te conseille d'installer l'antivirus kasperky car il supprime tres bien le virus bagle


Télécharge la version d'essai de kaspersky ici :

Imprime ces instructions pour ne rien oublié

Après l'installation, lors de la configuration via l'assistant :

- désactive ou desinstalle avast sinon il va y'avoir un conflit
- Active la version d'évaluation des licences de 30 jours
- Lance une mise à jour automatique
- Active la protection de base
**Ne lance pas le scan tout de suite**

Redémarre en Sans Échec

- Démarre Kaspersky à partir du Menu Démarrer >> Tous les programmes >> Kaspersky Anti-virus
- Une icone avec un K grisé va apparaître en bas à droite à côté de l'horloge
- Fais un clic droit sur cette icône puis "Analyser le Poste de travail"
- Le scan de l'ordinateur va démarrer
- Une fois le scan terminé, de preference repare tous les virus trouvé
- Créé un rapport à partir du bouton Enregistrer-sous en bas de la fenêtre, enregistre le fichier sous le nom Kaspersky.txt sur ton Bureau.

Bravo Salwa5!!!!! et mille fois merci !!!!!!

Je peux effectivement à nouveau installer un antivirus (j'ai essayé avec Avast que j'avais déjà sur mon bureau).
Je vais maintenant suivre tes conseils pour Kaspersky (en désactivant Avast) et je poste le résultat dés que c'est fini!

Bonjour,

J'ai donc fait un scan Kaspersky et il n'a rien trouvé !
Le PC a l'air de très bien tourner !
La seule chose est que je n'arrive toujours pas à démarrer en mode sans échec. Cela ne me dérange pas vraiment, mais est-ce que ça signifie que tout n'est pas vraiment nettoyé ?
