Bonjour,
Je désire activer ma carte FX5200 Nvidia pour pouvoir lire dvd sur TV. Anciennement sous windows via un cordon s/video et RCA je pouvais étendre mon bureau sur ma TV.
Sous linux Mandriva, je viens de procéder à l'installation des derniers pilotes en tapant la commande "sh NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-7184-pkg1.run" ; différents messages d'avertissement sont apparus ;
est-ce normal ? pensez vous que je suis sur la bonne voie ?
voiçi les différents messages :
"WARNING: You appear to be using a modular Xorg release, but nvidia-installer
was unable to determine the correct X library installation path
with the `pkg-config` utility. Please install the Xorg
SDK/development package for your distribution.
WARNING: nvidia-installer was unable to determine the correct X library
installation path and will install the NVIDIA X libraries to
'/usr/lib'.
WARNING: nvidia-installer was unable to determine the correct X module
installation path and will install the NVIDIA X driver components
to '/usr/lib/xorg/modules'. If X fails to find the NVIDIA X driver
module, please correct any `pkg-config` problems warned about
earlier and reinstall the driver.
Installation of the NVIDIA Accelerated Graphics Driver for Linux-x86
(version: 1.0-7184) is now complete. Please update your XF86Config or
xorg.conf file as appropriate; see the file
/usr/share/doc/NVIDIA_GLX-1.0/README for details.
Merci de votre aide.
Configuration: Linux Mandriva Firefox 1.5.0.7
