Bonjour
ntkrpamp.exe est un process lié à Microsoft® Windows® Operating System de Microsoft Corporation. ntkrpamp.exe est un processus système nécessaire au fonctionnement approprié du système.
D'ou l'écran bleu en cas de problème et refus de démarrage.
Virus, un programmes, le système endommagé etc sont la cause de ce problème.

télécharges le ici https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/23795-whocrashed-free-home-edition/
Installe le et exécute le en tant qu'administrateur
Il fera un rapport mets le dans ta prochaine réponse
Cela nous permettra de savoir quel est ton problème

Stop 0x0000009F ou Stop 0x9F ou DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE :
Vérifiez si une application, pilote de périphériques ou services ne sont pas à la source de cette erreur. Si le message apparaît quand votre système entre en veille prolongée, localisez puis faites une mise à jour du périphérique en cause.
Le problème peut se poser à la fermeture de Windows ? le curseur de la souris est présent mais reste statique, le clavier ne répond plus, votre écran (ou reste sur une page blanche ou présente différents bugs d'affichage) ...
Ce type de message provient du fait qu'un périphérique ou un composant de votre ordinateur n'est pas compatible avec la norme ACPI et ne répond plus aux demandes du système. Localisez le pilote de périphérique fautif.
Note : la dernière version de NORTON GHOST 9.0 provoque ce type d'erreur...
Vérifiez si une application, pilote de périphériques ou services ne sont pas à la source de cette erreur. Si le message apparaît quand votre système entre en veille prolongée, localisez puis faites une mise à jour du périphérique en cause.

j'ai fait les mises à jour hier , est ce que les mises à jour rendent le pc moins rapide dans le travail journalier ?
j'utilise pas le norton ghost !
malgré ca lorsque j'ai voulu le mettre en veille il est resté plus de 20min bloqué, après lors du démarrage le msg d'erreur apparaît
le gestionnaire de périphérique montre que j'ai tous les drivers, je viens d'installer les drivers ya un an il peut qu'il y des mises à jour ?!

Bonjour,
j'ai fait la vérification au démarrage deux fois
et y'avait énormément de fichiers qui ont été traités et ca a pris du temps
- mon gestionnaire de périphériques ne montrait et ne montre aucun pilote manquant ou avec un point d'interrogation
qu'est ce que je doit faire par la suite ?

Plus de bluescreen?
Arrives tu à démarrer normalement ton ordinateur?
Si tout va bien plus de bluescreen je te propose un logiciel permettant de voir si tous tes logiciels sont à jour

Finalement pas besoin vu que tout démarre normalement
Donc voici ce petit utilitaire(à utiliser avec modération!)
Télécharge le ici https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/19879-secunia-personal-software-inspector/
Installe le et exécute le en tant qu'administrateur
Ensuite il te scannera ton ordi et vérifiera que tout est à jour
Si certains programmes ne sont pas à jour il te le fera savoir et te proposera de télécharger un patch correctif acceptes le
Si moindre problème concernant le patch correctif qui ne s'installe pas sache que j'ai une solution disponible
Si moindre problème avec le logiciel ou autre souci n'hésites pas à revenir sur le forum
