Bonjour,

l'ordinateur de mes parents est infecté par plusieurs virus?spyware? tels que winantivirus pro 2006, des "cookies" indécrotables tels que trade doubler ou zedo et est envahie par des pubs qui reviennet sans arrêts.

l'ordinateur est équipé de norton antivirus, mis à jour et j'ai installé ewido anti-spyware et spybot, que je fais tourner régulièrement et qui ne parviennent pas à tout supprimer.
Pourriez vous me dire quoi faire de plus?

Salut,

Poste un log HijackThis stp, cela nous donnera une vue globale de la santé du PC "malade" ;)

- Télécharge HijackThis ici :
http://telechargement.zebulon.fr/160-patch-francais-pour-hijackthis-1991.html
En cliquant sur "Télécharger HijackThis 1.99.1 version française" puis sur "J'accepte".
- Installe le logiciel dans un dossier prévu à cet effet.
Par exemple, C:\HijackThis
- Choisis l'option "faire un scan et sauvegarder le log"; un rapport va être généré…
Copie/colle le rapport entier sur le forum.

Regarde la démo d’utilisation section "Générer un rapport" : http://pageperso.aol.fr/balltrap34/demohijack.htm

Bonjour, je viens de lire ton message concernant un problème de virus "win antivirus pros et win 32. Je suis infecté aussi.Mon antispware a bloqué le virus, mais g des résidus."tolbar et element dans configuration. J'ai des alertes sans cesse, et ne c quoi faire, et si je peux encore aller sur ma messagerie!!!! J'ai windows2000. opérateur aol. navigateur microsoft iebuild6.0. dois je suivre les mêmes conseils que tu as donné à chachoule? et puisje aprés t'envoyer mon rapport? si oui comment? merci

Re,

Si tu as NIS alors désinstaller ZA, mais si tu as juste Norton Antivirus tu peux garder le pare-feu ZA.

1/ Scanne ton PC avec cet antivirus en ligne (uniquement sous IE) :
http://www.bitdefender.fr/scan8/ie.html
Clique sur "J'accepte" puis accepte également l'ActiveX bloqué par la barre anti-popup du SP2 (elle clignotera en haut).
Ensuite, clique sur "Cliquez ici pour scanner".
Patiente jusqu'à la fin du scan...
Copie/colle le rapport entier sur le forum.

2/ Télécharge Blacklight (de F-Secure) ici :
https://europe.f-secure.com/blacklight/try.shtml

Clique en bas sur "I ACCEPT" puis sur "Download Blacklight Beta graphical user interface version".

Sauvegarde le programme sur ton Bureau.

Double-clique sur "blbeta.exe" et ensuite sur "I accept the agreement". Puis clique sur "Scan" et attends un peu… Ensuite clique sur "Next".

Tu verras une liste de fichiers détectés apparaître. Tu verras également un rapport, sur ton Bureau, nommé fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (les "xxxxxxx" sont des chiffres).

Copie et colle le contenu de ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

Merci pour votre aide, voila 3 jours que j' essaye de me debarrasser de ce gros lourd de "protectioncenter" sans succès...
Si vous pouviez m' aider a trouver une solution, parce que la je suis o bout du rouleau, Merci :)
