En gros le principe d'openDNS consiste à utiliser un DNS particulier pour lequel tu peux blacklister certains sites. Il faut simplement forcer ce DNS dans ta configuration réseau.
On peut forcer le DNS dans network-manager ou directement en corrigeant /etc/dhcp3/dhclient.conf (ou nom approchant)
