Bonjour à tous !!Je suis plutot nul en informatique et je voudrais de l'aide . J'ai attrapé un virus sur on ordi qui es sous Windows XP. ce virus ce nomme : Trojan.Win32.CommonName.bYaurait il quelqu'un qui peut m'aider a le supprimer car même le programme de suppression de mon ordi n'arrive pas a le faire D'avance merci à celles ou a ceux qui m'aideront !!JL

Bonsoir,
j'ai attrape le virus win32:rizalof -r cheval de troie et comme je suis nule en informatique je cherche de l'aide a ce propos.
J'ai remarque qu'il me bloque msn.J'ai comme antivirus AVAst quand je realise le scan et je fais supprime tout cela ne fonctionne pas car au prochain scan le virus y est toujours.
Si quelqu'un peut m'aide a le detruire ca sera tres gentil
merci de vos conseils.
j'ai realise le hikackthi si quelqu'un peut regarde pour m'explique car je ne comprend rien!

Bonjour à tous !!!

J'ai attrapé un virus sur mon ordinateur sur windows XP et je ne connait pas le nom de celui-ci !!!
Je vous décrit le problème qu'il me cause :

Lorsque j'allume mon ordinateur, je tombe sur devant la photo de ma session (là rien d'annormal), ensuite j'entre sur mon bureau et ça n'a pas le temps de charger que un message écrit en blanc sur un font bleu s'affiche. Je ne peux pas lire se qu'il y a d'écrit car il reste peu de temps (1 second maximum). Ensuite, àprès se message, mon ordinateur redemarre !!! J'ai remarqué que avant que le message s'affiche, il y a un message noté à côté de l'heure ! C'est écrit !!! (Alert Virus !)
