Message d'erreur image incorrecte

Bonjour,

J'ai installer le logiciel Malwarebyte'anti-malware, pour analyser et supprimer les logiciels malveillants mais voilà après avoir supprimer , et, ensuite vérifier qu'il n'y avait plus rien en faisant un scan en ligne, j'ai ce message d'erreur au démarrage de l'ordinateur:

"C:/Windows/system32/igfxres.dll n'est pas conçu pour s'exécuter sous Windows ou il contient une erreur. Installez à nouveau le programme à l'aide du support d'installation d'origine, ou bien contactez votre administrateur système ou le fournisseur du logiciel pour obtenir du support."

Après, j'ai installer tuneup pour corriger les erreurs mais rien y fait .
Que dois-je faire? je suis nulle en informatique; j'ai peut être fait plus de mal que de bien.
