Occupation à 100% su processeur

Depuis deux jours mon PC rame severement alors qu'aucun programme spécifique n'est démarré. J'ai cherché avec mon antivirus (mac afee ) mais sans résultat, avec l'antivirus en ligne de secuser non plus. Seul ad aware a trouvé des fichiers infectés qu'il a supprimé mais les ralentissements persistent.
