Fichier internet temporaire ; accès refusé ??

bonjour,
j'utilise le logiciel stéganos anonyme pro pour effacer régulirèment les traces internet (cooki, etc...).
Depuis plus d'un mois, le logiciel ne peut plus effacer les "dossiers internet temporaire" en signalant : "acces refuse : soit certaine application accèdent aux fichiers, soit vous ne disposez pas des autorisations necessaires". De plus, la meme erreur se retrouve au niveau des dossiers "historique et cache du leecteur windows media player" avec le meme message.
Je n'avais jamais eu de problème avant.
je suis sur win89se.
Si quelqu'un peut me donner une réponse, un avis et meme une solution, j'en serrai tres heureux :) !!!

Bonjour axel,

Essaie ainsi :

Télécharge et nettoie ton PC avec ces deux logiciels :

CCLEANER https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/5647-ccleaner/

Utilisation : Dans l'onglet "Nettoyeur" cliquez sur "Analyse". Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliquez sur "Lancer le Nettoyage".
Ensuite, dans l'onglet "Erreurs" cliquez sur "Chercher des erreurs" puis, avant de cliquer sur "Réparer les erreurs sélectionnées" effectuez une sauvegarde de votre registre (comme proposé).

merci pour la rapidité de ta réponse,

possédant déja ccleaner - j'aurai du le préciser - cette solution n'apporte aucun changement. Je viens d'essayer les autres logiciels, la situation reste identique malheureusement.

si tu as d'autres idées, je suis toujours preneur, à défaut, je te remercie encore pour ton aide.

salut,

je viens d'essayer à nouveau ccleaner et cleanup en mode sans echec ; rien ne change ! Je ne sais pas ce que j'ai fait à windows media player et à "temp", mais ils n'ont pas aimé ...

Je suis perdu et perplex ... encore merci pour ton aide.

Bonjour,

Merci Kristopher pour ton aide ; les actions que tu m'a conseillé ont donné les résultats attendus ! Finalement on a beau avoir un antivirus et un firewall à jour, les infections restent encore possibles ...

Comme tu l'a toi-même tacitement suggéré, (de nos jours) un antivirus et un firewall à jour ne suffisent guère.

À cela devrait s'ajouter d'autres logiciels de sécurité, notamment des antispywares.

Tu es probablement toujours infecté.

Histoire de déceler les éventuels malwares, fais ceci :
