Nero errreur disc at once

bonjour a tous
j ai un probleme avec nero 7 ultra edition quand je grave une image 1 fois sur cinq il me fai un erreur disc at once (je ne sais pas ce que ca veut dire) il grave seulement quelque megs juste pour scraper le dvd j ai sauver le log que je mais avec mon message merci DiskPeripheral : ST380013AS atapi Port 1 ID 0 DMA: On

moins plus
degoutée car des que je veux graver des musiques avec nero 7 il demarre et apres quelques secondes il me mets : "impossible d'effectuer la fonction disc at once " je suis sous windows vista ......quelqu'un peut t-il m'aider?????? Je suis désespérée....merci d'avance
