L'est en Beta IE 9, pourquoi tu l'as installé ..... ?

J'avais des problemes avec Firefox (exactement les meme mais je savait pas d'ou sa venai !!) alors je l'ai désinstallé et j'ai remis IE 9 parce que c'est un naviguateur magnifique !

On résoud pas les prb de programmes à coup de version Beta.
Ca en rajoute en général.

Bref donne plus d'infos sur les messages d'erreurs et fais une capture de ton message et envoie là sur http://www.cijoint.com

- Télécharge http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/fr/_download/HJTInstall.exe ton bureau.
- Double-clic sur HijackThis
- Génère un rapport en suivant ces indications :
- Exécute le et clique sur Do a scan and save log file.
- Le rapport s'ouvre sur le Bloc-Note
- Colle le rapport ici, pour cela :
- Menu Edition / Selectionner Tout
- Menu Edition / copier
- Ici dans un nouveau message : clic droit / coller
Ca en rajoute en général.

Quelques conseils.
Fais plus attention à l'avenir....
Maintiens tes logiciel à jour c'est important, utilise ce programme : /faq/13362-mettre-a-jour-son-pc-contre-les-failles-de-securite
Absolument à faire.
Les antivirus ne font pas tout en ce qui concerne la sécurité de ta machine (mettre à jour ses logiciels etc etc)
La meilleur protection reste de connaître les infections pour pouvoir les éviter et avoir de bonne habitude.
Donc faut se documenter.

Bonjour.
J'ai le même problème que Paul, sauf que je suis sous IE8. Que ce soit avec Firefox ou IE, je ne peux plus utiliser google et j'obtiens le fameux "res://ieframe.dll/acr_error.htm..." . Je pense avoir un virus ou malware qui tourne en arrière plan, mais rien ne le détecte. J'ai passé deux anti-virus (eset nod32 et avas), malwarebytes anti-malware, spybot search and destroy et pour finir Hijackthis... Sans succès, le problème persiste.

Je ne supportais pas Vista et j'ai un pote qui m'a réinstallé XP, c'est vrai que je n'ai pas vérifié ce qu'il m'a réinstallé...
En tout cas, j'ai passé TDSSKiller, fait "cure" et aprés le redémarrage le problème avait disparu :) Merci beaucoup pour ton aide. Je vais recommander ton site à mes amis.
