Glest ne veut pas installer....pb de jam

Voici je veux intaller glest sur kubuntu 64 bits. Je fais ./configure et il me donne cela

je ne comprend vraiment pas ce que je dois faire pour cela. J'ai essayer d'intaller jam mais rien n'as faire je suis tout perdue.

est-ce que qq1 pourrais m'éclaircir s.v.p.
