Poste ce rapport qui sera plus complet :



* Télécharge ZHPDIAG: https://www.zebulon.fr/telechargements/securite/systeme/zhpdiag.html
* Laisse toi guider lors de l'installation, il se lancera automatiquement à la fin.
* Clique sur l'icône représentant une loupe (« Lancer le diagnostic »)
* Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau à l'aide de l'icône représentant une disquette
* Héberge le rapport ZHPDiag.txt sur http://www.cijoint.fr, puis copie/colle le lien fourni dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum.

Bonjour,

Quelques infections et surtout un système qui n'est pas à jour.

Préliminaire :

Désactive l'UAC : https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/8343-vista-desactiver-l-uac


1er étape :


* Télécharge AD-Remover (de C_XX) sur ton Bureau. https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/2547-ad-remover/
:!: Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes les applications en cours :!:
* Double-clique sur l'icône AD-Remover
* Au menu principal, clique sur "Nettoyer"
* Confirme le lancement de l'analyse et laisse l'outil travailler
* Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin (il est aussi sauvegardé sous C:\Ad-report-CLEAN.txt )

(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )


(Poste le rapport avec Ci-joint)

Lance une nouvelle analyse ZHPDIAG j'aimerais vérifier la suppression car au niveau du rapport il manque des choses tu as bien appuyer sur "Nettoyer" ?

Fais cette analyse :

* Télécharge Malwarebytes : https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/14361-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
* Tu auras un tutoriel à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.
* Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)
* Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen complet"
* Sélectionne les disques que tu veux analyser et clique sur "Lancer l'examen"
* L'analyse peut durer un bon moment.....
* Une fois l'analyse terminée, clique sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"
* Vérifie que tout est bien coché et clique sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"
* Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc note... Fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

* Il se pourrait que certains fichiers devront être supprimés au redémarrage du PC... Fais le en cliquant sur "oui" à la question posée

Puis fais un nouveau scan avec ZHPDIAG et poste le rapport :

* Clique sur l'icone représentant la lettre H (« coller les lignes Helper »)
* Les lignes se collent automatiquement dans ZHPFix.
* Clique sur « Ok » puis sur « Tous », puis sur « Nettoyer »

Encore merci pour tout et surtout pour ta patience : le problème semble être résolu : après de multiples nettoyages et corrections de bug le PC de mon ami tourne comme une horloge à présent ! Bravo !
