Bonjour,
des l'ouverture de ma cession, une fenetre apparait
vspdfprsrv.exe a cesse de fonctionner - fermer le programme
merci d'avance, la demarche a effectuer pour supprimer ceci

bonsoir,

faites un nettoyage du pc avec cclaener, puis recherchez aussi les erreurs du registre.

Tu utilises PDF Printer? Sinon désinstalle le.
Si tu l'utilises, supprime le du démarrage.

Bonjour,

- Télécharge HiJackThis sur ton bureau: https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Securite/anti-spyware/fiches/29061.html
- Double-clic sur HijackThis
- Génère un rapport en suivant ces indications :
- Exécute le et clique sur Do a scan and save log file.
- Le rapport s'ouvre sur le Bloc-Note
- Colle le rapport ici, pour cela :
- Menu Edition / Selectionner Tout
- Menu Edition / copier
- Ici dans un nouveau message : clic droit / coller
