J'ai fais ta méthode Dawid mais il me marque tjs quand je clique sur le logo qui ressemble a une prise debranchée. Verifier les parametres de connection. Je sais vraiment plus quoi faire. Si quelqu'un a une idée merci

Nous avons bien utilisé la même version de Mandrake et le même microcode Thomson.

Il y a peut-être une incompatibilité avec ta carte mère, un problème avec l'usb...

C'est normal qu'il reconnaisse mon modem comme un alcatel et pas un thomsom

Une fois l'installation fini est rempli le questionnaire quand je laisse la souris sur le lolgo "prise debranchée" il me marque :"Le reseau est inactif sur l'interface ppp0. Cliquez sur "Configuration réseau". Que dois je faire ???? Merci

Tu n'arivera à rien avec l'icône du tableau de bord.

Le mieux que tu aies à faire est d'aller directement dans drakconf.
Relance l'installation et il est possible qu'après ça, ça accroche.

Moi je viens d'installer une mandrake 10.1 official
J'ai installé le modem avec le mandrake control center
il est détecté parfaitement en tant ke modem adsl et tout et tout.
le microcode était sur le dvd, j'ai rentré mes identifiant (fti/xxxxxxx) et mon mot de passe.
ça me demande si je veux me connecter au démarrage je mets oui , si je veux me connecter maintenant je mets non, je redemarre et rien , rien de rien

voilà ce que j'ai alors tenté et là ...........problème apparemment

J'ai finalement réinstallé la mandrake 10.1

je précise ke le microcode a été installé par le control center, que le modem est bien détecter dans le matériel en tant ke modem alcatel, et que ma connecttion est officiellement paramétrée dans le control center
