Vi labview 6.1 nemarche qu'en mode animation

Bonjour
j'utilise labview 6.1 pour construire un programme pour commander un Tegam LCR meter via l'interface RS232c
le problème c'est que le programme ne marche qu'en mode animation (lampe dans la barre d'outils allumée) d'ou l'exécution reste longtemps
si le mode animation n'est pas activé il y a un message d'erreur:
"Error -1073807339 occured at VISA Read in TEGAM3550
Reading.vi->program tegam 1.vi.

Possible reasons:

VISA: (Hex 0xBFFF0015) Timeout expired before
operation completed."
voici des exemples de mon application pour mieux comprendre le problème . Seul l'exemple essai simplifié marche dans les deux cas(mode animation activé ou non) les deux autres exemples ne marchent que dans le mode animation.
