Bonjours!
Mon problème fut résolu grâce à Jalobservateur du forum mint.fr
Voila, l'ajout de compiz-manager dans le démarage nuisait au bon démarage de compiz, je l'ai tout simplement enlevé et voilà un compiz qui démarre comme il se doit ;)

J'oubliais, si je tape la commande compiz mais en root, j'obtien ce message:
