va dans le paneau de configuration installer ou supprimer des programes cherche le dans la liste selectionne le puis clic sur désinstaller

OK, x-max-xd, mais c'est la 1ère manip que j'ai tentée, mais bien sûr, privacy ne figure pas dans la liste

Enregistre-le sur ton Bureau
Double-clique sur l'icone rkill ( pour Vista/Seven clic-droit Exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur)
Un bref écran noir t'indiquera que le tool s'est correctement exécuter, s'il ne lance pas
change de lien de téléchargement en utilisant le suivant à partir d'ici:

Téléchargez MalwareByte's Anti-Malware
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
. Enregistres le sur le bureau
. Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
. Dans l'onglet "mise à jour", cliques sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour
. Si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, accepte
. Une fois la mise à jour terminé
. Rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche
. Sélectionnes Exécuter un examen complet
. Cliques sur Rechercher
. Le scan démarre.
. A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.
. Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre.
. Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur Afficher les résultats
. Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
. Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse.
. Rends toi dans l'onglet rapport/log
. Tu cliques dessus pour l'afficher, une fois affiché
. Tu cliques sur edition en haut du boc notes, et puis sur sélectionner tous
. Tu recliques sur edition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse
. tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la reponse et coller

Et voilà, apparemment, le pb est résolu
Après avoir utilisé Malwarebytes et redémarré le PC, l'écran "privacy center" et l'icone de la barre des tâches ont disparu

2°Sélectionnez la langue désirée dans le menu puis valide le choix par la touche « entrer »
3°Petit message d’avertissement, appuyez sur une touche pour passe à la suite
4°un nouveau avertissement, appuie sur une touche pour suivre
5°Vérification de l’installation de Navilog1 : si tout est bon, appuyez sur une touche pour continuer
6°Choisir option 1 : recherche/désinfection automatique
7°La recherche va se lancer automatiquement et peut durée quelques minutes, patientez
8°Une fois l’analyse terminé, fermez et enregistrez votre travail en cours, puis appuiez sur une touche pour que votre pc puisse démarrer
9°Au redémarrage du pc, Navilog va supprimer ce qu’il a trouvé, patientez quelques instants.
Un rapport est gèneré par l'outil. Il se trouve à cette emplacement :
XP : demarrer/poste de travail/c:/cleannavi.txt
Vista : logo « demarrer »/ordinateur/c:/ cleannavi.txt
Note : Vous pouvez désinstaller Navilog via ajout/surpression de programme de windows.

J'ai donc effectué toutes les opérations prescrites, sauf la suppression de Navilog, que je ne retrouve pas dans la liste de "Ajout/suppression de programmes"
Sinon, tout semble fonctionner parfaitement

▶ Téléchargez Dr.Web CureIt! sur ton Bureau :
ftp://ftp.drweb.com/pub/drweb/cureit/drweb-cureit.exe
▶ Double-cliquez sur drweb-cureit.exe et cliquez sur Commencer le scan.
▶ Ce scan rapide permet l'analyse des processus chargés en mémoire; s'il trouve des processus infectés, cliquez sur le bouton Oui pour Tout à l'invite.
▶ Lorsque le scan rapide est terminé, cliquez sur Options > Changer la configuration.
▶ Choisissez l'onglet Scanner, et décochez Analyse heuristique.
▶ De retour à la fenêtre principale : choisissez Analyse complète.
▶ Cliquez la flèche verte sur la droite et le scan débutera. Une publicité apparaît quelquefois, fermez-la.
▶ Cliquez Oui pour Tout si un fichier est détecté.
▶ A la fin du scan, si des infections sont trouvées, cliquez sur Tout sélectionner, puis sur Désinfecter. Si la désinfection est impossible, cliquez sur Quarantaine.
▶ Au menu principal de l'outil, en haut à gauche, cliquez sur le menu Fichier et choisissez Enregistrer le rapport.
▶ Sauvegardez le rapport sur votre Bureau. Ce dernier se nommera DrWeb.csv.
▶ Fermez Dr.Web CureIt!
▶ Redémarrez votre ordinateur (très important) car certains fichiers peuvent être déplacés/réparés au redémarrage.
▶ Postez (Copiez/Collez) le contenu du rapport de l'outil Dr.Web dans un bloc note

J'ai donc effectué toutes les manip, et voici le rapport Drweb, que "cijoint" n'a pas voulu prendre

Télécharge Superantispyware (SAS)

Choisis "enregistrer" et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Double-clique sur l'icône d'installation qui vient de se créer et suis les instructions.
Créé une icône sur le bureau.
Double-clique sur l'icône de SAS (une tête dans un cercle rouge barré) pour le lancer.
Si l'outil te demande de mettre à jour le programme ("update the program definitions", clique sur yes.
Sous Configuration and Preferences, clique sur le bouton "Preferences"
Clique sur l'onglet "Scanning Control "
Dans "Scanner Options ", assure toi que la case devant lles lignes suivantes est cochée :
* Close browsers before scanning
* Scan for tracking cookies
* Terminate memory threats before quarantining
Laisse les autres lignes décochées.
Clique sur le bouton "Close" pour quitter l'écran du centre de contrôle.
Dans la fenêtre principale, clique, dans "Scan for Harmful Software", sur "Scan your computer".
Dans la colonne de gauche, coche C:\Fixed Drive.
Dans la colonne de droite, sous "Complete scan", clique sur "Perform Complete Scan"
Clique sur "next" pour lancer le scan. Patiente pendant la durée du scan.
A la fin du scan, une fenêtre de résultats s'ouvre . Clique sur OK.
Assure toi que toutes les lignes de la fenêtre blanche sont cochées et clique sur "Next".
Tout ce qui a été trouvé sera mis en quarantaine. S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer l'ordi ("reboot"), clique sur Yes.
Pour recopier les informations sur le forum, fais ceci :
