CPU a 100%, ordinateur ralenti

Bonjour,

voilà tout est dans le titre, mon CPU est a 100% en permanence et mon ordinateur est sérieusement ralenti.
j ai scanné avec avast pro, il n a rien trouvé et j ai aussi scanné avec spybot qui m a trouvé 4 ou 5 malwares mais le probleme persiste toujours.
