Mon pc devient lent

Bonjour,
depuis quelques temps j"ai remarqué que mon pc devient lent je soupconne avoir choppé un virus ou un malware, puis hier en faisant un scan de mon ordinateur, l'antivirus s'arrete et ne veut plus refonctionner, voici un log HJT si qlq pourrait me dire ce qui ne va pas sur mon ordi.
