Bonjour,
J'ai acheté une imprimante hier "HP photosmart C4400 tout-en-un", j'ai très bien imprimé 2 ou 3 pages, et puis aujourd'hui, sans raison particulière, il est inscrit "cartouche couleur incompatible" sachant que c'est la cartouche HP fournie avec l'imprimante...HELP...
Y'a une technique pour la "secouer" un peu.
