Avec spybot, lorsque j'essaye de faire une vaccination, vers la fin, un message d'erreur apparait et me met:

Immunization incomplete.

The immunization is not complete, there are 78707 items still unprotected. There might be various reasons for that:
Other security software (like AVG Free or ZoneAlarm) on your computer might not look close enough at the immunization changes and mistake them for malware instead of malware protection, blocking them. The help has more information on these issues.
On a default Vista installation (meaning UAC is enabled), you cannot immunize the whole system unless you elevate the immunizer. If you have told immunization to not offer this again, you can get it back in Settings.
