Se débarasser du cheval de troie Kuasio.Ka

Bonjour,

Je suis dans la panade!! J'ai très souvent des fenêtres intempestives. Et sur les conseils d'un ami, j'ai installé le logiciel spybot afin de vérifier s'il y avait un cheval de troie. Bingo!! j'en ai un. Il s'appele Kuasio.Ka et Spybot ne réussit pas à le supprimer. Il est dans la clé de registre. J'ai un pc portable Dell avec windows vista et explorer 8 et Mac affee en antivirus. Je ne suis pas une pro de l'informatique. Donc si qqn peut m'aider (avec pas trop de choses compliquées à faire) à virer cette saleté rapidement de mon ordi, ce serait un ange !!! :)

- Telecharger Hijack

Une fois Hijack installer, exécuter le :
- Cliquer sur "Do a system scan and save a logfile"

- Un fichier texte s'ouvre, si ce n'est pas le cas celui-ci se trouve dans le même dossier que hijackthis.exe .
- Faire édition / sélectionner tout
- Clic droit / copier

- Poste moi le rapport entier

Bon il y a du travail ...

Tu vas commencer pas faire ceci :

Désactive tout d'abord L'uac en suivant le tuto de ce lien

Télécharge Navilog1 (par IL-MAFIOSO) sur ton bureau

Enregistre la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, double droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau.

Laisse-toi guider. Appuie sur une touche quand on te le demande.
Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valide.

/!\ Ne fais pas le choix 2 /!\

Patiente le temps du scan.

Note
Il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer ton PC.
Laisse l'outil le faire automatiquement, sinon redémarre ton PC normalement s'il te le demande.

- Patiente jusqu'au message "Scan terminé le......"
- Appuie sur une touche comme demandé ; le bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.

- Copie-colle l'intégralité dans ta réponse. Referme le bloc-notes.

PS : le rapport est, aussi, sauvegardé à la racine du disque dur C:\cleannavi.txt

* Poste le rapport qui apparaît à la fin.

Note :

"Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détectée par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.

bonjour,

j'ai commencé hier ce que tu m'as dit de faire mais j'ai du arrêter car je me suis retrouvée avec une détection d'un nouveau cheval de troie sois le nom Generic.dx. Ca m'a super énervée car je satture de cet ordi qui n'a qu'un an. Ca m'apprendra à le laisser à mes neveux deux semaines lol bref Mac Affee me l'a mis en quarantaine. Ensuite j'ai refait un spyboot qui m'a détecté à nouveau le cheval de troie Kuasio.ka et un cookie traceur. Là cette fois ci j'ai pu corrigé et il m'a dit les avoir supprimé. Néanmoins mes fenêtres publicitaires sont toujours là et maintenant je me retrouve avec une erreud de script quand je démarre internet explorer avec cette page : ligne :43 caractère 12 erreur bibliotheque non inscrite code 0 URL file///C/Users/christine/App>Data/Local/temp/low/%7B1BB22D38-A411-4B13-A746-C2A4F4EC7344%7D/MTWBtoolbar.html

je craque
ton fichier navilog 1 est bourré de cheval de troie et ne fonctionne pas. Voici ce qu'il affiche : "un des fichiers de l'archive Navilog 1 est manquant. Désonstallez Navilog1 via ajout/suppr programm. desactivez temporairement vos antivirus et anti-spywares. Retelechargez Navilog et reesayer"
Je te fais confiance mais maintenant vu le 3 chevals de troie j'emets des doutes. Comment désinstaller navilog car il n s'affiche pas dans les programmes ?

Mon Navilog est très clean ...

Qui est ce qui t affiche que Navilog est bourré de cheval de troie ?

A chaque fois que je le lance mac affee détecte un cheval de troie et le met en quarantaine puis le supprime. J'ai suivi à la lettre ce que tu m'as dit. Et je t'ai indiqué ce qui s'affichait dans la fenêtre.Après avoir double cliquer sur l'icone de navilog1 une fenêtre bleue s'affiche qui m'indique de cliquer deux fois sur une touche la troisième fois le message d'erreur s'affiche me disant qu'il manque un fichier dans navilog1. Le scan ne démarre pas car apres avoir cliqué sur une touche comme demander rien ne se fait ca ferme la fenêtre.

- Cliquez sur Enregistrer et placez le sur le Bureau

- Une fois le Téléchargement terminé, cliquez sur Fermer
- Double-cliquez sur l'icône pour lancer l'installation

- Acceptez les termes d'utilisation et cliquez sur Suivant
- Cliquez sur Oui pour créer un répertoire

- Double-cliquez sur le nouvel icône placé sur votre bureau pour lancer l'outil

- Choisissez votre langue : dans notre cas, ce sera Français, tapez F et pressez la touche Entrée de votre clavier
- Un rapport apparait automatiquement, Poste le dans ton prochain message

ca continue !! alors j'ai telechargé ton nouveau logiciel mais j'ai eu de suite la fenetre qui m'a demandé de choisir la langue et ensuite une fenetre rouge où j'ai indiqué 1 pour rechercher là la fenetre affiche recherche de fichiers avec catch me et plus rien. Seul un fichier est sur mon bureau appelé catch me. je fais quoi ????

Ca avance ...


Maintenant fait ceci :

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~> Lop S&D <~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

- Relancer Lop S&D
- Dans le menu principal, tapez 2 puis validez par entrée.

- Le menu démarrer et les icônes vont à nouveau disparaître.. c'est normal.
- Le nettoyage va prendre quelques minutes...
- Une fois l'opération terminée, le rapport de nettoyage s'ouvre.

- Poste ce rapport dans ton prochain message

Le toolscleaner dit qu'il ne répond pas et l'autre logiciel s'ouvre avec une fenetre bleue et directement le choix des langues

On va faire autrement

Tu va démarrer en mode sans echec
Suit ce tuto

/!\ Tu n'auras plus de connexion en mode sans échec donc installe les fix avant /!\




Quand tu sera en mode sans echec

Désactive tout d'abord L'uac en suivant le tuto de ce lien

Et tu vas faire ceci :

Télécharge Navilog1 (par IL-MAFIOSO) sur ton bureau

> http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

Enregistre la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, double droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau.

Laisse-toi guider. Appuie sur une touche quand on te le demande.
Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valide.

/!\ Ne fais pas le choix 2 /!\

Patiente le temps du scan.

Note
Il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer ton PC.
Laisse l'outil le faire automatiquement, sinon redémarre ton PC normalement s'il te le demande.

- Patiente jusqu'au message "Scan terminé le......"
- Appuie sur une touche comme demandé ; le bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.

- Copie-colle l'intégralité dans ta réponse. Referme le bloc-notes.

PS : le rapport est, aussi, sauvegardé à la racine du disque dur C:\cleannavi.txt

/!\ Désactive temporairement ton antivirus /!\

Télécharge AD-Remover (de Cyrildu17 / C_XX) sur ton Bureau.

/!\ Déconnecte-toi et ferme toutes applications en cours /!\

* Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut.
* Double-clique sur le raccourci Ad-Remover sur ton Bureau.
* Choisit ta langue F pour française.
* Au menu principal, choisis l'option S.

/!\ Laisse travailler l'outil /!\


* Poste le rapport qui apparaît à la fin.


(Le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report(date).log)

(CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)

Note :

"Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détectée par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.

j'ai suivi le conseil d'un autre internaute sur un autre forum pour supprimer kuasio.ka .
Sur vista aller dans panneau de configuration compte d'utilisateur, d'esactiver le controle des comptes d'utilisateurs, éteindre et relancer l'ordi (sa va marqué que votre ordi n'est plus protégé ) passer spybot viré le virus , redemarer l'ordi et reactivé le controle des comptes. J'ai repasser spybot aprés il ne me trouve plus rien .
étant novice je donne simplement une solution qui a marché pour moi . Bonne chance.
