Impossibilité d'ouvrir les pièces jointes dans Windows Mail telles que PPT, PPS, JPG après avoir téléchargé et installé les mises à jours de Windows !
j'ai un message de Office powerpoint de type "powerpoint can't read C:\....le fichier en ppt"

les infos suivantes avec le bouton Help :

"The presentation cannot be opened. Your antivirus program may prevent you from opening the presentation. To fix this problem, make sure your antivirus program is current and working correctly. If the problem persists and the presentation is from someone that you trust, turn off your antivirus program, and then try to open the presentation again. If you do this, make sure you turn on your antivirus program again after you open the presentation."

je n'ai naturellement aucun pb avec mon antivirus Kaspersky, il fonctionne très bien.
Quand j'enregistre la pièce jointe, je l'ouvre sans aucun problème, ....cela vient donc de WM qui me refuse l'accès à ce fichier?

quelqu'un à-t-il une idée?
