Pour avancer toptitbal,
Télécharges http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/16506160323759868/AD-R.exe ( de Cyrildu17 / C_XX ) sur ton bureau :
Désactiver l'anti-virus

/!\ Déconnectes toi et fermes toutes applications en cours

Double clique sur le programme d'installation , et installe le dans son emplacement par défaut. ( C:\Program files )
Clique droit sur l'icône Ad-remover située sur ton bureau
Choisis " executer en tant qu administrateur"
Au menu principal choisi l'option "Recherche"
Postes le rapport qui apparait à la fin .

( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report(date).log )

(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Note :

"Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall

Voici le rapport Ad remover. J'espère que je ne me suis pas trompée. Je ne me rappelle pas avoir vu l'option administrateur.

Profite en pour
Télécharger Toolbar-S&D (Team IDN) sur ton Bureau.
http://eric.71.mespages.googlepages.com/ToolBarSD.exe

* Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
* Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.
* Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
* Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
* Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)

Quand les bornes sont franchies, il n'y a plus de limite

Hé bien je vois que tu n'es pas a ton coup d'essai
télecharge Malwarebyte's ici http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.
S'il manque le fichier COMCTL32.OCX, vous pourrez le télécharger ici
http://www.malekal.com/download/comctl32.ocx
Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examen rapide".

Puis click sur "rechercher".

Laisse le scanner le pc...

Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.

si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".

A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.

Copie et colle le rapport stp.

PS : les rapport sont aussi rangé dans l onglet rapport/log Quand les bornes sont franchies, il n'y a plus de limite

Bon j'ai téléchargé Malware.
IL ne m'a pas dit qu'il manquait le fichier COM CTL. Je ne sais pas ce que c'est.

J'ai quand même voulu télécharger ce fichier, mais winsows m'a dit qu'il ne savait pas avec quoi ouvrir ce fichier.
Donc j'ai arrêté cela.

Rebonjour,

Au fait, pourquoi pour les logiciels AD remover et Toolbar Search and Destroy ne n'as-tu fait faire que l'option Recherche ? Et pas l'option nettoyage ?

J'ai toujours des publicités qui s'ouvrent en effet.

En revanche lorque je veux ouvrir une page, elle s'affiche sous la forme d'un rectangle d'un cm de hauteur qui se positionne en haut de la page et je dois cliquer sur le carré pour que la page s'affiche totalement.

Pour le moment je verifie
Télécharge Navilog1.exe http://pagesperso-orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe?thread
Choisis Enregistrer sous.... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Si, lors du téléchargement, ton Antivirus fais une alerte, ignore-là
c'est un faux positif, une fausse alerte..
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau
Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valide.
ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4
Analyse Terminée
Appuie sur une touche , le bloc-note va s'ouvrir.
Copie/colle l'intégralité du rapport
Quand les bornes sont franchies, il n'y a plus de limite

Non, ce fichier n'arrive pas sous la forme d'un exécutable sur mon ordinateur. Il arrive sous la forme d'un rectangle blanc avec des trucs dedans et mon ordinateur me fournit une liste de programme censés pouvoir ouvrir le fichier.
Il me manque sans doute des programmes sur mon ordinateur pour convertir ce fichier en exécutable.

Sais-tu avec quel programme ouvrir ce fichier s'il te plaît ?

particulierement Spybot, qui pose problemes
ils faut les stopper
regarde si tu a un process SDHelper.dll Quand les bornes sont franchies, il n'y a plus de limite

Je me demande si il ne me manque pas quelque chose, un chemin, un lien, ou un outil, que j'aurais enlevé en utilisant easyclean..., lorsqu'il dit de supprimer des fichiers inutiles.

C'est bizarre, j'avais répondu à ton message du 7 mais 6h 43 et je ne vois pas la réponse...

Il y a encore quelques soucis...
Il va sur msn information sans que je le veuille, les pages tressautent encore au moment de l'affichage,
et quand les pages s'ouvrent , je ne vois que le haut de la page,je dois cliquer sur le carré central pour que la page s'affiche en entier.

Quand je suis sur ma messagerie dans Voila, ça rame pas mal aussi. Mais c'est peut-être interne à voilà ?

Je viens de refaire AD remover le scan uniquement de même que Toolbar S and D et je te poste les rapports.
Ad REmover m'a dit au départ que le "chemin spécifié" était "introuvable".

Télécharge SmitfraudFix : http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe

- Enregistre-le sur le bureau

- Double-clique sur SmitfraudFix.exe et choisis l'option 1 puis Entrée

redemarre le pc sans echec
Pour démarrer en mode sans échec

une fois dans le bureau "pas beau le bureau sans echec lol "
redemarre Smitfraud " et fait l'option nettoyage "2"
Réponds O aux deux questions suivantes: si il les pose
Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ?
Corriger le fichier infecté ?
Un rapport.txt sera généré et tu le sauve sous ton bureau pour le retrouver plus tard
et tu redemarre le pc
enfin tu le postes le rapport Quand les bornes sont franchies, il n'y a plus de limite

Rebonjour,

Je viens de faire ce que tu m'as indiqué. Et alors là TRES GROS PROBLEMES.

J'ai redémarré l'ordinateur qui a mis un temps FOU : le bureau n'avait plus la même couleur, les icônes de raccourci sur le bureau mettaient un temps fou pour s'afficher, passant par le stade rectangle blanc et trucs dedans d'abord.

J'ai cliqué sur une icône de fichier pour le supprimer, mais le sablier s'est affiché et est demeuré présent sans que rien ne se passe, tout à fait bloqué, .

J'ai cliqué sur msn, le rectangle bleu clair de msn a vu son image démultipliée par au moins 50 ou 100. Msn s'est ouvert, mais impossible d'obtenir mon courrier.

J'ai dû éteindre et rallumer mon pc trois fois. Puis il m'a dit : impossible, l'autre programme est en cours, cliquer sur basculer. J'ai cliqué 4 fois. Il me disait toujours impossible. Enfin, ce message a disparu.
Et je peux enfin écrire.

Alors, bien sûr, je ne sais pas comment récupérer le rapport SmitFraudfix.

Mais bon, ce qui est certain, c'est que cette manipulation a gravement nui au fonctionnement de mon ordinateur.

De plus msn me dit qu'une mise à jour est nécessaire, mais c'est vrai que je ne voulais pas prendre msn 9. je ne sais pas si c'est de msn 9 qu'il parlait.

J'ai l'impression qu'il faut revenir en arrière !

Etrange

mais on peu revenir en arriere , je pense..si la restauration n'a pas ete detruite
menu demarrer ..panneau de configuration..

en haut a gauche clic sur bascule en affichage des categories clic sur performance et maintenance
en haut a gauche clic restaurer le systeme
clic sur restaurer mon ordinateur......et en bas sur suivant
et la tu choisi le dernier point de restauration
juste avant la manip et suivant

et tu tappe "msconfig"
tu va dans l'onglé demarrage
et tu décoche tout "sauf l'antivirus"
tu ne risque rien "ca n'efface rien"
tu redemarre le pc
un fenetre va s'afficher tu la decoche et ok

Bonjour,

Merci de ton mail.
J'ai fait ce que tu m'as dit.
Pour la dernière manipulation, je n'ai pas vu de case à décocher, donc j'ai fait redémarrer le PC avec tous les éléments au démarrage du PC.

Pour ce qui est du fonctionnement de mon PC, il y a toujours régulièrement notamment :

- un élément qui me dit : "serveur occupé" qui est écrit à côté d'une icône dans la barre des tâches qui ressemeble à une icône de la caméra logitechet un message qui me dit que l'"autre programme" fonctionne et empêche celui que je veux de fonctionner et qui me dit de cliquer sur "basculer",

- les pages qui s'affichent uniquement sous forme rectangulaire en haut de la page initiale, et donc il faut que je clique sur le petit carré en haut à droite pour qu' elles s'affichent totalement. Quel est le logiciel responsable de l'affichage des pages ,

- dans CCleaner deux clés de registre qui sont toujours là, bien que je les efface tout le temps : une icône de Zone alarm et une extension de fichier.

Je parle de la page qui doit s'afficher lorsque je clique sur un lien. Elle ne s'ouvre pas totalement. Il n'y a qu'un rectangle de la largeur de la page , là où se trouve l'adresse de la page, qui s'ouvre.

Je parle de la page qui doit s'afficher lorsque je clique sur un lien. Elle ne s'ouvre pas totalement. Il n'y a qu'un rectangle de la largeur de la page , là où se trouve l'adresse de la page, qui s'ouvre.
