Bonjour,

Voilà, j'ai découvert le virus eorezo sur mon ordinateur....

J'ai suivi les conseils lus sur le forum. Après avoir téléchargé ad-remover et fait le scan, voilà le rapport:

Quelle est la prochaine étape? D'après ce que j'ai lu: lancer ad-remover, menu principal: option B, cocher A à l'écran de sélection, puis choisir S et laisser le programme travailler...

Est-ce que quelqu'un peut m'aider? Au secours..... Merci d'avance!

Relancer ad remover
choisir l'option B
Coches la case concernant eorezo
puis choisit S le programme va travailler
puis postes le rapport

Je voudrai te faire faire un scan avec le logiciel malwarebytes, mais je ne peux copier les procédures et les poster car mon clic droit ne marche plus sur mes documents

suffit de demander lol

bonne continuation

▶ Télécharge malwarebyte's anti-malware

▶ Un tutoriel sera à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.

▶ Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)

▶ Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen complet"

▶ Sélectionnes les disques que tu veux analyser et cliques sur "Lancer l'examen"

▶ L'analyse peut durer un bon moment.....

▶ Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliques sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"

▶ Vérifies que tout est bien coché et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"

▶ Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc note... Fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

s'il te demande de redemarrer, fais le ;) Faire usage de formule de politesse et échanger avec courtoisie.

Télécharges hijackthis
http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 159 hijackthis
.Cliques sur "télécharger hijackthis"
.enregistres le sur le bureau
.Renommes hijackthis en tutu.exe
.Tu fermes tout les programmes ouverts y compris le navigateur. sauf ton anti-virus et pare-feux
.installes le , il va s'installer par défaut dans C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
.Cliques sur "Do a system scan and save the logfile"
.Cela va t'ouvrir un bloc note à la fin du scan.
.Copie son contenu et poste le dans ton prochain message. sinon le rapport est dans C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\ hijackthis "document texte"

si besion d'aide pour l'installation : http://www.malekal.com/tutorial_HijackThis.php

et si problème pour VISTA :http://www.sosordi.net/...

Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne, cela pourrait empêcher ton PC de fonctionner correctement

Un anti-virus c'est contre les virus, malwarebytes, il faut le conserver il supprime les malwares, les spywares, les rogues, certains trojans. Tu parles de kaspersky tu peux faire un scan avec, mais il faut éviter d'avoir 2 anti-virus

Bonjour tu aurai du créer ton propre post car cela va préter à confusion avec l'autre personne
AD REMOVER étape 2: Se déconnecter et fermer toutes les applications en cours . Relancer Ad remover. Choisir l'option B. Sélectionner "tout supprimer" : cocher tous les éléments. Entrer S (supprimer les éléments cochés). Afficher le rapport généré (C:\Ad-report-dat-log). /!\ Si le bureau ne réapparait pas, presser ctrl+alt+suppr. /!\ Onglet "fichier" clic sur nouvelle tâche /!\ Entrer explorer.exe et valider. Réactiver l'anti-virus.
