Bonjour,
je recherche les drivers audio et modem du compaq presario c700 sous windows xp.
merci de votre aide

J'ai essayé mais il n'y a rien sur les sites officiel de hp. touslesdrivers.com n'on plus ne me donne rien.
nb: j'ai une licence officiel de xp

Salut,

peux tu préciser le modèle stp ? regardes sous le pc tu dois avoir une étiquette avec le modèle exact.
par exemple: C750EF

Bonjour,

Pour le son :
Tu commences par installer le patch Microsoft UAA avec ce pilote ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp33501-34000/sp33867.exe
Puis tu installes ta carte son ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp36001-36500/sp36090.exe

Pour le modem essaie celui-ci ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp36001-36500/sp36089.exe

Salut,
je vien de trouver la methode pour installer le pilote du son et celui du modem. je vous fais un copier-coller. c'est en anglais j'espere que ca ne va pas trop derranger.

" Before installing the Audio and modem drivers in your Notebook you have to
install the microsoft update(UAA) driver from the below link:

UAA driver:

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp33501-34000/sp33867.exe

NOTE: Clicking on the link may not open the web page. Copy the link and
Paste it in the Internet Explorer address bar and Press Enter.

Installation Instructions :

1. Download the Softpaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.
2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Restart the notebook when the installation is complete.

After installing this UAA driver restart the Notebook, Now download and
install the audio driver from the following link:

Audio driver:

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp36001-36500/sp36090.exe

Installing this driver may result in an error. But continue with the
following steps to get the audio driver installed correctly.

1. Click on Start and select Run. Now type devmgmt.msc and press enter.

2. Right click on "Audio device on High Definition Audio Bus" and click
Update driver.

3. Select "Install from a list or specific location"

4. Click Next. Then select "Don't search, I will choose the driver to
install"

5. Click Next and then select "Sound, video and game controller" from the
list.

6. Click Next and then click Have Disk.

7. Click Browse C:\swsetup\sp36090 folder and the double click the V32
folder. Select the .inf file, click open and Continue with the onscreen
instructions.

Performing these steps will install the audio driver correctly"

pour le modem il suffit de telecharger le driver et de l'installer. je vous laisse le lien:

http://www.conexant.com/support/files/HSFhda_WinXP.zip.

j'espere mettre rendu utile pour tous ceux qui rencontrerons ce probleme.

Pour la carte son, c'est du sur.
Pour le modem, ça l'est moins. C'est pour ça que j'ai écrit "essaie".

Fais les vérifications suivantes :
- dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes y a-t-il une ligne High Definition ...............KB888111 ? Si elle n'est pas là tu ne vas pas plus loin et tu reviens. Sinon,
- Va dans Contrôleurs audio .... du Gestionnaire de périphériques et regarde s'il y aune ligne concernant la carte son (Conexant, HD) et une ligne concernant le modem. S'il n'y a pas la ligne concernant la carte son, tu arrêtes là.
- Sinon , dans Périphériques système regarde s'il y a une ligne PCI Device.
