System security protect your pc

Bonjour,
une alerte "system security protect your pc" m'indique que plusieurs virus (38) ont infestés mon ordinateur or mon antivirus bitdefender aprés analyse ne détecte aucun virus et n'a detecter aucune intrusion ??.
ce "system security" n'est il pas un virus en lui même si oui comment s'en débarasser

Salut,

- Sous vista, desactives le controle des comptes utilisateurs --> panneau de config --> comptes utilisateur --> desactiver le controle des comptes utilisateurs

Telecharges RSIT " Random's System Information Tool " sur ton bureau : http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

- Fermes toutes les applications en cours et clic-droit ( executer en tant qu'admin.) sur RSIT.exe
- Selectionnes " Continue " à l'ecran >> RSIT va analyser le pc et verifier si l'outil hijackthis ( version à jour) est present sur le pc, si ce n'est pas le cas, RSIT le telechargera >> acceptes la license
- Une fois l'analyse terminée, 2 rapports.txt s'ouvrent, log.txt à l'écran et info.txt dans la barre des taches
- Postes le contenu des 2 rapports

J'ai lu les conseils que tu as donné a quelqu'un a propos de System security protect your pc. Pourrais tu me dire comment lire ces deuc fichier, ce que je dois faire.... Merci d'avance

- Ctrl + A : sélectionner tout
- Ctrl + C : copier
- Ctrl + V : coller

bonjour,
merci pour tes conseils mais j'ai résolu le problème du moins je l'éspère .
- 1 : j'ai télécharger spybot search and destroy - j'ai réaliser l'analyse et plusieurs pb ont été dectecter et notamment celui de system security protect your pc
- 2 : spybot à réaliser la réparation
- 3 : puis j'ai nettoyer les fichiers restant en regardant sur le rapport RSIT l'emplacement du virus (0846000) et j'ai delete en faisant attention notament dans le registre
- 4 : apparement cela fonctionne

j'ai le meme probleme, alors j'ai téléchargé le ficher exe du logiciel spybot mais le virus m'empeche de l'executer...
Comment faire ???

je viens juste de copier coller le resultat de mes rapport sur ce forum (voir mon dernier message). J'ai toujours as compris ce que je dois faire... dsl.
Sur le lien que tu m'as envoyé, je ne sais pas deconnaitre les lignes surspectes qu'il faut fixer...

Bonjour,
Je sais que ce post est ancien et j'ai malheureusement choppé sur mon portable cette M.... de security protect, bref il m'empeche toute installation d'anti spyware, le seul qui a bien voulu s'installer est Spyware doctor, je l'est installé il ma detecté plusieurs choses mais au moment de la desinfection il me demande de payer en ligne, bref je n'appreci pas vraiment ces methodes, a ce demander si spyware doctor ne serait pas lui meme le fabricant de cette M....
J'ai meme essayé de charger une clef USB avec les programme comme Malwarebyte et autre, quand on clic sur l'exe le logiciel ce lance mais disparait pour ne pas que nous en prenions la main....j'ai meme suivi les indication de Geek Police comme expliqué plus haut dans le post, mais il ne m'autorise pas non plus de lancer le Winlogo.exe qui est ni plus ni moins que Malwarebyte deguisé...bref cette saloperie à évolué et je ne desire pas vraiment formater, donc je m'en refere a vous pationné de la desinfection !

Pensant que cela venait d'IE8 j'ai installé Firefox, mais probleme idem, il me fait disparaitre toute mes requetes dés qu'il s'agit de malware, antispyware, ou anti virus.....
J'ai nettoyé tout nettoyé avec Ccleaner, scanné en mode sans echec avec spybot, ad adward, bit defender en ligne, bref il ne me trouve rien.

Je ne sais pas si cela pourrait aider quelqu'un mais il y a un moyen pour le "bloquer".

Il faut aller à la racine "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\defender.exe" chez moi, la aller dans outils - options des dossiers - affichage - dé sélectionner masquer les extensions des fichiers.

Maintenant vous voyez defender.exe , la vous supprimez le dernier "e" de exe, l'ordinateur vous demande alors si vous êtes sur car cela rendrait le programme inutilisable, la vous validez.

Et je confirme, j 'ai obtenu ce virus en téléchargeant internet explorer 8 sur le site microsoft...

non ZZA, formatage et re install, pas le choix, j'ai essayé pendant 4/5 jours dans tous les sens et pas possible de le virer.

Que dois je faire svp ?
J'ai des fichiers importants dans mon pc, comment les sortir de là ? Si je connecte un disque dur externe ne risque t-il pas d'être infecté ?
