Bonsoir à tous,

Une ame charitable pourrait elle m'aider?
Alors voila : J'ai telecharger un fichier .rar et avant de le décompresser je l'ai scanné avec Norton et celui ci m'a indiqué que j'avais chopé un trojan et qu'il ne pouvait pas le traiter. Celui ci se trouve user/appdata/local/mozilla/.... afin ca ressemble à ca. Désolé mais là je suis au taf et je ne me souviens pas exactement du libelé.
Or j'ai scanné mon portable avec Malwarebytes et avec Trojan Remover mais ils n'ont rien trouvé tout les 2. Est ce possilbe que ce soit une des facéties de cette d.... de Norton ou alors j'ai un réel problème?

Quelle est la prochaine étape afin de s'assurer que le PC est sain?

▶ Télécharge hijackthis

▶ Tout est expliqué sur mon site web pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.

▶ Poste le rapport obtenu dans le bloc note dans ta prochaine réponse.


Comment copier/coller le rapport :


▶ Quand tu as le rapport à l écran, tu fais ctrl A pour "sélectionner tout" puis ctrl C pour "copier".

▶ ensuite tu viens sur le forum pour me répondre et tu fais ctrl V pour "coller" le rapport.

Ok... Nous allons exécuter quelques logiciels...

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

▶ Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
▶ Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
▶ Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.


ensuite :


Option 1 - Recherche :


▶ télécharge smitfraudfix et enregistre le sur le bureau

▶ Ensuite double clique sur smitfraudfix puis exécuter

▶ Sélectionner 1 pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection.

(attention : N utilises pas l option 2 si je ne te l ai pas demandé !!)

▶ copier/coller le rapport dans la réponse.


Voici un tutoriel sonore et animé en cas de problème d'utilisation



(Attention : "process.exe", un composant de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus comme étant un "RiskTool".
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains,
cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité.)

▶ Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

▶ Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
▶ Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
▶ Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.




▶ Télécharge Combofix de sUBs


▶ et enregistre le sur le Bureau.


▶ désactive tes protections et ferme toutes tes applications(antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

ensuite envois le rapport et refais un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

J'ai donc bien télecharger combofix et j'ai tout désactivé au niveau de norton et lorsque j'ai lancé combofix, il ne m''a pas demandé d'installer la console de récupération! J'epère qu'il n'y a pas de prob.Encore merci pour ton aide.

De plus avant d'utiliser, combofix j'avais essayer un scan complet avec norton mais celui s'arrete pour une erreur.

Est ce lié au trojan?

je ne téléchargerai plus c'est clair même si où je vis ce n'est pas illegal.

Vas faire une analyse en ligne avec Bitdefender à cette adresse (sous internet explorer) :

Accepte l'activeX et poste le rapport généré en fin d'analyse stp

Bonjour,

J'ai lancé le scan avec bit defender mais maintenant cela fait pres de 4h qu'il tourne. et Il reste sur un fichier

c:/users/steve/video avec temps estimé a 4:40. De plus, j'perdu ma connection internet à 2 reprises.

A l'aide!!!!!.

Est ce que virer Norton servirait à quelqu chose ou alors formater. Sur autre ordi j'ai avg complete d' AVG que j'ai acheté d'ailleurs.

J'ai refait un tentatve avec bit defender au moment de scanner le bureau et le programme smitfraudfix, le temps estimé du scann est passé à zéro et je bloque sur ce programme. dois je attendre et le laisser tourner sur ce programme. ou alors j'arrete le scan?
