Bonjour,
Depuis plusieurs jours, Avast m'alerte avec le message suivant:
"Suspicious files C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\nmdfgds0.dll" , type: Rootkit, processus caché"
Avast me recommande d'ignorer...
Spyboot search e destroy ne detecte pas ce fichier et Malwwarebytes non plus.
Pouvez vous me dire si c'est dangereux pour le système et si c'est le cas m'aider à l'éradiquer.

Cela me paraît un peu simple mais, puis je supprimer le fichier tout simplement?

bonjour


pour voir télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.


déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

pour moi il faut telecharger avg car avg le trouvera
peut erte que c un fichier infecter donc si vous ete interesser vous telecharger avg sur telecharger.com

1)/!\ Manip crée spécialement pour cet utilisateur , ne pas reproduire chez soi ... /!\

Ouvre le Bloc-Notes (Démarrer\Tous les programmes\Accessoires\Bloc notes.)

Copie ce texte ( en gras )d'une traite ( CTRL+C pour copier ) puis colle-le ( CTRL+V dans le bloc-note )


Files::

Sauvegarde ce fichier sur ton bureau sous le nom de CFScript.txt.



Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe comme ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer Combofix,

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt accompagné d'un rapport Hijackthis.

S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même les rapports.

Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt




2)Télécharge sur le bureau Flash Disinfector (de SUBS) à cette adresse : https://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/Flash_Disinfector.exe

Double-clique sur l’icône.
Les icônes vont disparaître. C’est normal.
Si un rapport est généré en cas d'infection, sauvegarde-le sur le bureau, et poste le ensuite
Redémarre ensuite le PC.



3)telecharge cela

ensuite desinstalle avast et ensuite installe antivir(plus performant et integre cette variante d infection).

bien configurer antivir.configuration puis mode expert a cocher puis dans scanner et recherche , cocher tout les fichiers ainsi que analyse de rootkit et priorite de scanner eleve.


ensuite branche tes disques externes , lecteur mp3 ou clef usb ou autres.et lance un scan complet.

colle moi le rapport . merci.

J'ai fait la manip de glisser le fichier texte dans Combofix, mais je n'ai pas eu les questions que tu m'indiques...
Je te joint le rapport.
Je suis obligé de partir...
Je n'ai pas le logiciel "hijacthis", mais je le telechargerai et ferai toutes les manips que tu m'as indiqué ce soir ou demain matin.

refais cela pour combo script et apres fait le reste.

/!\ Manip crée spécialement pour cet utilisateur , ne pas reproduire chez soi ... /!\

Ouvre le Bloc-Notes (Démarrer\Tous les programmes\Accessoires\Bloc notes.)

Copie ce texte ( en gras )d'une traite ( CTRL+C pour copier ) puis colle-le ( CTRL+V dans le bloc-note )

Kill all::

Sauvegarde ce fichier sur ton bureau sous le nom de CFScript.txt.



Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe comme ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer Combofix,

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt accompagné d'un rapport Hijackthis.

S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même les rapports.

Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt

J'ai refait la manip mais toujours pas ceci:

Ne t'inquite pas redémarre ton PC , désactve avast mais avant copie le chemin C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\nmdfgds0.dll
utilise un logiciel de suppression " Shredder ", puis redemarre ton PC et ton Avast.
il ne le retrouvera plus

J'ai commencé les manips avec "Totobetourne", il me semble + cohérent et correct de terminer avec lui...

Oui j'ai enlevé le s comme indiqué.

NB: le fichier C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\nmdfgds0.dll a disparu de mon PC.
