j'ai repondu a une annonce immobilière (sur www.immoscout24.ch) pour un appartement a Lucerne, CH, et j'ai recu exactement la meme reponse d'un Mr. Roger Miles ...
La meme chose, if faudrait payer pour 2 mois en avance, TNT Global Express .... etc etc.

Apres recevoir ces informations, j'ai cherche sur l'internet et j'ai trouve cette site.

Je travaille dans un hotel, et la, nous recevont beaucoups des e-mails comme-ca:

"Je suis le CEO d'une grande traveller agency et nous cherchons 10 chambres simples pour 10 delegues
venant a Lucerne pour un congres international. Les dates sont: arrive xx xx xx, pour trois semaines.
Si les dates sont pas bons pour vous, seulment dites nous des dates acceptables pour vous.
Svp. dites nous le prix totale pour que nous pouvions vous envoyer notre dates de carte de credit."

Toujours, c'est le chef himself qui ecrit, et toujours il a une adresse e-mail gratuite de yahoo!

Si on repond, il donne numero et date d'echance d'une carte de credit et veut qu'on debit 3/4/5...
miles francs plus que les chambres coutes et envoye cette argent a un certain adresse. C'est claire
que la carte de credit est vole et que ce sont nous qui - au fin - manqe l'argent.

Mais toujours, c'est le chef himself qui ecrit, et toujours il a une adresse e-mail gratuite de yahoo!
C'est interessant, n'est ce pas?

Salut à vous, je pense avoir eu affaire au même escro que vous car j'ai reçu exactement le même mail que vous sauf que c'était sur le site de vivastreet.fr. et l’auteur de cette belle arnaque se fait appeler Peter Erick Shaw (shpeerickparis@googlemail.com). C'était pour un appartement de 38 m2 pour un loyer de 350 euros par mois charge comprise d'où ma surprise et ma méfiance. Donc je lui ai écrit pour avoir plus d’info. Ses réponses ressemblent étrangement aux vôtres. Ah oui ! Les copies des passeports, ce sont des faux ;)

Vous pouvez vous déplacer dans l'appartement dans le même jour quand vous recevez les clefs. Le seul problème est que je suis incapable de partir le Royaume-Uni parce que mon cabinet d'avocats a gagné juste un contrat très important pour représenter une grande entreprise. Vous n'avez pas besoin de s'inquiéter, j'ai fait tous arrangements pour louer l'appartement d'ici, une agence s'occupera des affaires pour moi (avec aucuns frais supplémentaires pour vous).
Finale, je veux demander pardon pour mon mauvais français, j'espère que vous comprendrez. Si vous pouvez, nous pouvons discuter dans l'anglais, sera meilleur pour moi.

Merci pour votre réponse prompte, comme je vous ai informé avant, le prix que vous payerez pour un mois de loyer sera 350 EURO. L'argent, je veux le recevoir mensuel à mon compte en banque, je n'espère pas ce serai une problème pour vous. La période de loyer peut être minimum 2 mois jusqu'à 7 ans.
L'appartement est prêt pour vous, vous aurez besoin de seulement recevoir les clefs pour le vérifier, et voir si vous voulez le louer. Dans l'ordre de cela, j'ai trouvé une solution pour compléter l'affaire, sans accident et rapidement pour nous deux. De cette façon vous recevrez les Clefs dans moins que 2 jours, si vous vous déplacez rapidement aussi. La solution est fournie par une entreprise appelée « TNT Abroad Rentals LTDWC » Ils contrôlent services de gens avec le handicap (fauteuil roulant etc.), pour les gens qui ont les contrats de travail à l'étranger etc. Je payerai leurs services.
Me permettre de savoir si vous êtes intéressé et je vous décrirai la procédure entière point par point.

Je dois vous informe les étapes comment ce service travaille et comment nous pouvons faire l'arriver:
1 - Pour commencer cette transaction j'aurai besoin de savoir votre nom et l'adresse d'expédition pour procèder avec cette affaire.
2 - J'irai au mon bureau local de TNT, je les pars les Clefs et je fais tous les arrangements pour la livraison.
3 - TNT vous enverra une notification de livraison vous permettez de sait qu'ils ont les Clefs et les papiers dans leur garde.
4 - A ce point vous devrez la marque un dépôt de transfert d'argent à l'agent de TNT assigné pour contrôler notre transaction.
5 - Vous devrez envoyez les informations du dépôt d'argent à TNT. Ils vérifieront les informations de paiement et si tout est bien, l'agent viendra vous montrer l'appartement.
6 - Quand l'agent arrive là, il appellera et vous irez et visiterez l'appartement avec lui.
* Si vous acceptez de louer l'appartement, vous signez tous les papiers avec lui et la transaction est finie.
* Si vous n'acceptez pas de louer mon appartement, l'agent donnera votre argent de retour dans le même jour, vous pas perdrez n'importe quoi.
Ils demandent un paiement minimum de 2 mois de loyer comme la garantie pour commencer la livraison. Si vous êtes intéressé dans un rabais, nous pouvons obtenir à un accord, vous paierez moins si vous consentez à payer en avance pour plus de 2 mois. La raison pour ce rabais est que je suis dans une mauvaise situation financière. Je veux couper le prix par 100 Euro pour chaque mois payé en avance. Concrètement, vous allez à un bureau de Western Union et faites un transfert d'argent sur le nom et l'adresse de notre agent Mme Sophie Ottenat (vous a ses détails dans la facture et aussi son passeport scruté). L'argent 1050 EUR vous devrez envoyez représente le loyer pour les premiers trois mois de loyer (350 EURO/mois). Désolé, nous chargeons une erreur dans la facture, ce n'est pas Euro 1150, c'est Euro 1050, nous avons beaucoup de livraisons qui est pourquoi...
Après vous fera le paiement, vous devez nous envoyez le reçu scruté de Wetsern Union ou les détails suivants:
- #MTCN (le nombre d'à 10 chiffres):
- le nom plein de l'expéditeur:
- l'adresse pleine de l'expéditeur:
- la quantité envoyée (dans GBP):

J'ai appelé le numéro de téléphone et la personne n'était pas très claire, incapable de me dire précisément ou l'appart est situé, me dit qu'il faudra payer le loyer (600) x 6, m'a proposé de continuer à discuter sur msn, ct une personne ne parlant pas très bien français..bref j'ai coupé court car ça a commencé à m'énerver vu qu'hier je suis tombée sur un énergumène par mail qui m'a fait le coup de l'histoire de l'héritage...
